   Scam/Fraudulent BEWARE!. This company is stealing money from customers by continuing to charge subscription fees after cancellation. They provide ONE place to manage and cancel subscriptions and it is ONE action. The company then tries to tell you that there are different parts of your subscription and you didn't cancel all of them. They then try to say no refunds after 30 days ..... THEN change their tune and offer a partial reimbursement. I've had to bring this to Apple, and the Fraud dept of the US Govt to try and resolve.

   Will charge you after canceling. WARNING: You will be charged multiple times even after canceling your subscription. I canceled months ago and was continually being charged 3 separate charges per month since then. I reached out for a refund on this and they refunded me $5 out of $50 that they charged me, saying that’s all they’re responsible for legally. Do NOT do business with them!

   They will charge you without approval. They will charge you for a membership that you did not sign up for or canceled. Do not sign up for their program. It is all available on YouTube. There’s no reason to sign up for this app. It is a scam. I keep keep getting charged 2-3 month for nothing. I’ve emailed them and they said it was cancelled and I just received a new charge. $89.99 every time. Buyer beware

    Bad customer service. After 3 days of use I asked for a full refund because the system would keep resetting all my custom input details to a default telling me that instead of loosing the 50 lbs I want, that I should gain weight up to 330.7. The recipes that I wanted kept defaulting removing my custom input answers like what foods I'm allergic to. The company rep Sarah only gave me a 25% refund because she quoted that wasn't a technical problem. Then the company rep Tina said the best they could do was a 50% refund stating I wasn't experiencing a technical problem with their system. So apparently this is just a company who steals money, doesn't stand by their money back refund if it doesn't work, and doesn't actually offer technical help when needed. So very disappointing that I got scammed. Hopefully others will be smarter than me.

    Total lie. You think you’re signing up for one subscription but they get you with 4 different ones all $20 each. So very careful when cancelling because only one will show up. And when you email Them. All they say is we will make an expectation and refund 25% of the latest charge. So not even the total just one of the $20 charges !! Absolutely ridiculous! I didn’t even use the app because it is completely unhelpful! So be mindful when signing up for anything.

    Useless App. Please do not waste your money on this app. It glitches a lot and you will find your self scrambling to make it work for you. In the first time it continued to give only fish food options which I specifically said I do not eat. Then it moved my goal weight to 360 some lbs ( way more my current weight information) I informed the app team that it’s not working for me ( a little over 24 hrs after purchase) and would request a refund. I was returned $5 from my monthly fee. Save you money :)

    Hello??. I filled out the questionnaire and said I was ALLERGIC to wheat and gluten. Every day there are multiple recipes with wheat and gluten. I cannot get the extra help promised and no refund. Total scam.

    This has to be a scam. This has to be the worst app ever. It asks for the plan you want but keeps going back to the regular plan. I was a sucker because it said they had a Hashimoto’s plan. Also told it I’m am gluten free / allergic to wheat and every meal there is whole wheat pasta or bread. Do NOT fall for this plan. One you subscribe they try to sell you additional subscriptions. You can only change your meals to options they have listed. Nothing on the fly. But this is definitely an app that doesn’t give you anything you need.

    Misleading. This app is extremely misleading. In the signup process it looks like you can customize for allergens but the plans don’t honor allergens and give recipes with the foods you indicate NO. There is no dairy free option, only lactose free—not the same. Hashimotos plan indicates they don’t understand hashi’s. Also EVERTHING is an add on separate subscription, workouts, health coach etc. They imply it’s all included. Very misleading. If you have no allergens maybe it would work for you. But watch the reoccurring subscription charging! I do not recommend.

    Not what they advertise. I rarely leave reviews, but this app deserves a warning label. It promises features that simply do not exist once you’ve paid. The moment you sign up, you’re hit with constant prompts to upgrade, subscribe, or purchase add‑ons—yet none of the advertised functions actually work. The interface is clunky, the “premium” tools never load, and customer support is basically nonexistent. It’s obvious the developers are only interested in getting your money, not providing a real service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app. There are plenty of legitimate alternatives out there—this one is nothing but a cash grab.

    Not for Hashimotos!. I got pulled into this app based on their ads stating that it helped people with Hashimotos balance their levels and lose weight. The only thing that’s even slightly catered toward Hashis is the ‘diet’ you can select that’s supposed to give you recipes that help catered towards Hashis. It’s just Keto. Don’t waste your money.

    Sorry I bought this, it is useless. Even though I indicated that I am gluten free, and I don’t eat rice, more than one-half of the meals are sandwiches. They think that tofu is meat, it is not, it is nasty and should not be consumed by anyone who wants to be healthy. AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, which is why I am posting my displeasure here.

    A Dangerous Scam. I filled out profiles noting goals and diet preferences. My first red flag was that it told me I could lose 20lb in 4 weeks. I pressed on. Then I reviewed my “custom meal plan” based on my preferences to manage PCOS, increase energy, and lose some body fat. It recommended a dangerously low 1200 calorie a day diet. Studies show that can have lasting bone health consequences. It also certainly will not help PCOS. I told it that I am active and am 5’8. It gave me bad Almond Mom advice better fitting a toddler. Onto the recipes out of curiosity. All were expensive ingredients, rarely with overlap one day to the next. I mentioned I don’t like chicken, and that’s most of what it suggested.

    Refused to refund. I was not warned that I would be charged $85. I saw the charge and asked for a refund within the hour. They only gave me 25% back of the $85. There is no phone number, only a computer chat. This is a scam!!! Do not purchase!! They will take your money!!!

    Disappointed. I have celiac and I’ve imputed this into my profile multiple times. All my meal plans created are full of gluten. Which is also ironic since its the hoshimotos meal plans… which gluten is like the first thing you cut out…Also the recipes are excessive for anyone that works. Or has kids. Or can’t be in the kitchen cooking all day. Super unimpressed and annoyed I paid for this.

    Impossible to cancel. This app didn’t work for me and I tried to cancel it right away. No luck. Then I got an email 3 months ago that I would not be charged anymore, lo and behold, was charged again on 1 Oct. the representative tells me I missed the window to cancel. Are you kidding me?

    Don’t recommend. I definitely would not recommend this app. It doesn’t do anything special that you can’t get from any of the 100s of FREE apps. When I signed up, I kept getting ‘but wait, there’s more’ type screens. And the whole ‘this offer is only available RIGHT NOW’. Trying to create a sense of urgency and pressure the person into it. I ended up paying $3.79 for a 1 month subscription and then an additional $9.90 for a workout plan. I also clicked yes on the coaching section. I may have used the app a few times. Definitely didn’t use the workouts because there wasn’t anything I could do and never used the coaching part. I had gone in and clicked cancel on everything. But apparently the coaching part didn’t save and I just got charged $19.99 for something I’ve never used. And their policy is no refunds. They just hope you sign up and forget so they can get your money. Honestly feels like a complete scam.

    Not Anti Inflammatory. Beware! I gave specific dietary preferences (gluten free, low carb) and the first day it had a meal plan of 3 sandwiches! I don’t eat that much bread in a week but it wanted me to eat a grilled cheese for breakfast and a bagel sandwich for lunch and another sandwich for dinner. I tried to cancel as soon as I saw it was not appropriate and I was told I could get a 25% refund. Poor form!

I signed up for this app since it claimed that it would tell me the right time of day to eat to balance hormones, all it us is a glorified meal planner, but gives you exotic foods that aren’t on hand or practical, I immediately asked for a refund and they would not refund it. Usually you get a 7 day trial period… buyer beware
