   “System glitch” left me stuck. I have used this app before but this time, it didn’t work. I pre-paid for a taxi but it never showed up. I called customer service repeatedly, was put on hold, then calls dropped. When I finally got someone on the phone I was told there was a “system glitch and nobody would be able to pick me up … but I can’t tell you when a taxi could arrive.” Uh … I have to catch a flight so it’s not like I can hold up the plane! Unacceptable. Maybe they’ll refund me … I wouldn’t be surprised if they never actually refunded the trip. Call a taxi company directly, do not use this app.

   Not American. I called to get info about where the company is based out of and geographic routes and a foreign-based worker said “Uda”. If your employees can’t even pronounce Utah and lack basic geographic knowledge, then your choice to outsource from American workers does not create excellence. Hire American or train your foreign workers better.

   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used to use them a lot but recently they have gotten terrible just today I scheduled to be picked up from the airport, my plane landed and I waited for 45 minutes with no word from my driver I eventually took an Uber home, they then called me 3 hours later saying they were on their way. I contacted support and they refuse to refund my 150$. Terrible service Terrible Company.

   UNRELIABLE INFLEXIBLE SERVICE!. They were to have picked us up 6/1 & were 30 min. late. We called & they didn’t recognize our name and it took 10 min before they would transfer us to dispatch to find out their actual ETA. On the return fr. our international flight, we were called within 10 min. of landing saying he. Old only wait for us a few more min. although our bags had still not come through. Dispatch then called, repeating the same thing. Fortunately we were able to get home with our bags. Will NEVER use this service again.

   Super Unreliable. You are better off walking to the airport then using the super shuttle service, glitchy and reliable app which contracts booked rides to third party and doesn’t give you any real time eta info. Almost missed flight after being lied too about eta time, Don’t waste your money or time considering them.

   No longer affordable. You used to be able to take this shuttle for 36 dollars. Now they want you to pay 127 dollars to share a ride with other people. Ridiculous. Good bye!

    System unstable and poor communication. Their system was down on the morning of 6/29/23. My 5AM ride was cancelled but no one reached out and let me know. I had to call their partner cab company to find out that my ride was cancelled. It seems like the system is back on now, yet I have got no email/call/text that communicates and apologizes for the situation. No refund was offered either.

    Editing trips is ineffective. I had to manage my schedule airport pickup due to flight issues. I made changes via app and the changes were not revived by the company. They charged me for the service because they had tried to call when my flight was scheduled to land but was canceled. I couldn’t answer their phone call due to flight rescheduling and was in air during their attempt. My app showed changes were made. I didn’t request a refund, just a pick up for the time I had rescheduled my arrival time and I was declined. They said they would instead but my case under investigation and ‘may’ be refunded.

    Not working?. This seems to be a fairly slick and well designed app, but it sure didn’t want to take my money! It declined 3 different credit card that are all a-okay. Also, they have no way to call for help or for booking a shuttle via the phone from outside the U.S. This turned out to be a good thing because I found another shuttle service at less than half the cost of this service.

    Frustrated. Everytime I call I get put on hold for an hour and then hung up on. I twice set a reservation and both times it was canceled with no explanation about why?? Terrible service in Orlando.

    Out of business?. I don’t understand why this app is still functioning. I read an article that super shuttle went out of business in 2019. In any case tried using app because I forgot and it showed no cars available for an LAX run anyway.

    If you are stuck. The app is horrible if you are stuck Totally useless Just give them a call until you talk to an actual person Do not use any other functionality in the app at all, it wont work, there are no backend IT systems that take care of you.

    Don’t expect a pickup if it is early in the AM. I have no problem with app in and of itself. I have a MAJOR issue with the reliability of the services. A day or two prior to needing a ride, I ordered a pick up for 4 am for myself, my sister and my elderly aunt to take us to the airport for a 6am flight. At 4:10 I called and they were trying to find a driver to pick us up. At 4:20 I called again and they were still trying to find a driver. At 4:30 I called again and told them to forget it that we were making alternate arrangements and to credit my card back. At around 4:35 they called me and asked if I wanted them to credit my card. Incompetent. I didn’t trust them to actually refund my payment so I put a dispute on the charge. I will NEVER use this company again. We were lucky to find alternative transport to the airport and to make our flight.

    HORRIBLE. I called an hour before the scheduled pick up time to confirm and I was told there was a mechanical issue with the car and they wouldn’t be able to pick the person up. They said they had no one to replace the car and they just canceled the reservation. They didn’t even call me to cancel! I was the one who called the check in! HORRIBLE horrible customer service. He didn’t even try to find a solution, just told me it wouldn’t work out. The person who was supposed to be picked up had no phone apps to take an Uber or anything and was older, so it put him in a bad situation. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell everyone I know to never use them. I used SuperShuttle for years and they used to be reliable 10 years ago, not anymore. I hope your company goes out of business.

    The name should be superScam rather than shuttle. Waited more than an hour, no one called or picked me up. As they got the money earlier, they don’t care. Be careful while using this company, you can wait forever and no one will come, other words they will abandon you

    No discounts for AAA or AARP. I was told to enter my AAA number in the discount code section. It was not accepted. Disappointed that there are no discounts available . Why put the “discount code “ box on the billing form. Where are the discount codes ?

    App is NOT intuitive!!. Wasted 45 mins trying to book a roundtrip ride, returning into a different airport. Ended up having to book 2 1-way rides, which is more expensive!! There is a $3 fee for an agent to book it. Poor customer service and inadequate app!! Very disappointing !!

    Will Not Use Again. Super Shuttle in Kansas City, MO advertises these rides as “direct”. When I arrived in KC, there was a mix up on their end. Their dispatch assigned a driver to me and that driver said they’d didn’t receive my trip, so I ended up sharing a ride with another person and we dropped them off first. That’s not a direct ride. On my return trip back to MCI, there ended up being 4 of us from 4 different hotels in the van. When I have to stop at 3 other hotels on my way to the airport, that’s not a direct ride. When I made my travel arrangements based on this being a direct ride to/from the airport, I didn’t have 3 other stops factored into those plans because it said it was direct. The only reason I used them for my return ride to the airport was because I paid for both rides at one time in advance. Please stop advertising it as a direct ride if it’s not. I won’t be using Super Shuttle anymore.

    Super Shuttle was purchased by Prime Time Shuttle last year. We had to make a change to our pick up time and the process was extremely difficult. We kept getting transferred to different phone numbers and discovered that super shuttle closed during the pandemic and was recently purchased by primetime shuttle last year. Primetime shuttle chose to keep the super shuttle website/app as it was so popular, but when you make a reservation through super shuttle it is transferred to primetime shuttle. Their two systems do not sync up correctly, which is why we kept getting transferred back-and-forth between people. When we finally got to a person to update our pick up time, the next day we received a notification email confirming the old time. We spent another hour on hold again trying to get to a person and when we finally did we were told that our change had been confirmed and that because we had originally booked through super shuttle that is why we received the incorrect confirmation email. In addition, the app does not work correctly, you are not able to easily track your drivers location or contact them . I used super shuttle for years and absolutely loved the company so it is a shame to see what it has become. The only wonderful thing about the experience was our driver. We got the same one for pick up and drop off and she was delightful. I would be very hesitant to use super shuttle/primetime shuttle after this experience because I do not trust that their system works.
