   Annoying. Their new advertising campaign is annoying taking up so much screen space when I’m just trying to book a darn ride. Then they purposely withhold hold closer AVAILABLE drivers unless you pay more, meaning drivers aren’t getting rides because Lyft is purposely blocking them.

   Garbage. Tried ordering a ride after a concert, waited 45 minutes and never even got a driver. This app is terrible.

   Could be good but isn't. They WILL change the price on you AFTER you accept a ride, and it routes drivers to cross major streets without lights, and chooses the most UNSAFE route for a driver/passenger. FIX YOUR ISSUES!!! There is ZERO customer support. I'll be moving back to uber. Hope your company collapses.

   One stop maximum. After 3 years of 5 star rides I am no longer able to add multiple stops. Guess I’ll ride with the other guys from here on out.

   ETA is a Lie. App shows an ETA for a driver and then once you commit to the ride, the time always increases, doubles in many cases. And if you cancel to look for another option, they charge you.

   Infantilizes Disabled People. I use Lyft through Denver’s Access-A-Ride program, which is the ONLY mode of transportation I have as a disabled adult (35- years old) in a wheelchair. My account has been suspended twice now because DRIVERS KEEP REPORTING ME FOR BEING UNDERAGED. LYFT ALREADY HAS MY DRIVERS LICRNSE INFORMATION. I am now late to my case management appointment and have been homeless for a year already. To say that I feel dehumanized and hopeless is an understatement. I will obviously be contacting access a ride to switch my account to Uber.

    Good service but expensive. The service works well, and the app works well as well. The reason I gave this three stars instead of five stars was because rides in my view are too expensive. In particular, I disapprove of dynamic pricing which increases the price of rides significantly during busier times.

    Tech. I barely had money for a Lyft and they took $10 out of my account without asking and changing the price of my ride. If I don’t wanna tip cause I don’t have it you should not make the Lyft more than what I booked it for.

    Price Lock. It’s nice when it’s available, however, it doesn’t last a full month which it should if your dependent on a Rideshare for more than 45 days. Then it should switch to monthly. I believe it only lasts for two weeks currently

    Communication. We were promised a 55 minute window but Lyft needs to understand that the immigration at SFO is a huge line. The driver left because we missed our window. There should be a way the driver should be able to call or message the passenger to see if they are coming or not. Please improve on this.

    Feature Option. Like the Lyft app, good UI and easy to use. I would like the option to be able to filter to only drivers using air conditioning and not windows down. Some drivers don’t have charged ACs and never turn them on.

    Great service. I’ve had great service so far! I’ve done my best to tip but I wasn’t able to tip a fantastic driver today because I had to add an extra stop to pick medicine up for my baby and I wish I had been able but I wanted to at least leave her a fantastic review! She was amazing, kind, and honest. 3 things I greatly respect! I felt save and so did my daughter and I was able to trust my driver. Thank you kindly, Shadow! I will be favoriting you! So I can make up for not tipping this time! Guys tip your drivers! They go out of their way to provide a service for us. It’s very kind, even if they are making a paycheck, without them a lot of us wouldn’t get where we need to. Be kind to others!

    My MSY Lyft pickup. The driver Leonard was excellent. He was helpful, putting our bags in his trunk. Name Leonard talked to us about New Orleans the hurricane, and my grandson was in awe when he talked about the bugs that exist in this climate.
