   DO NOT USE THIS APP !!!. I thought this was the best app until one day my app is gone. I downloaded it again now everything is gone!!!! 2 YEARS OF SCANNED DOCUMNETS GONE!! Why aren’t the files saved automatically to my account !!!!!!!! Everything GONE I WANT TO CRY!!!

   Don’t Buy. this app is boloney. i bought a few years ago and now its trying to force me to pay again to upgrade. app will not function unless you upgrade despite already buying it.

   Emailing stopped working. The app was working great and I paid for the upgraded version. With the updates I cannot send the documents as email to myself or send email to anyone. Please fix asap!

   Absolutely trash. Literally for some reason never sends emails to Google account at 10 pm ever day it’s so stupid fix it developers. I’ve been emailing my document to myself for 10 minutes already and still hasn’t received it I literally sent the document 13 times, and two hours later, it shows up :/ this app is complete garbage

   Bad app. It never sends the email with the file, tried to send documents to 5 different emails and it doesn’t work.

   Flaws!!. So many times the folders will integrate with other folders. I’ve used this for years now, finally done.

    Documents take too long to come through. The documents have take up to 8 hours to go through to my and other emails before. Average time has been 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    Not working!. Has a ridiculous amount to steps and authorizations it wants me to setup or install before anything will work. A waste of time and phone space.

    Sending to email address doesn’t work anymore. At beginning , scan and sending to email address works flawlessly , now no matter what I do , it stopped working . I had to restart and then it works for some reason .Again I paid $6.99 but not sure why I have to restart my phone to send a 1 page pdf file.

    Unauthorized charge for App. I was considering purchasing this app but had not decided to yet. Reading the information about the app, it said that the first two scans were free, and then you would be charged $6.99 for the app. So, I downloaded it but I had not tried it out at all. After a few days, I received a receipt for the purchase of the app. They have several different versions, and I hadn’t decided which one I wanted to purchase, and they made that decision for me. I am very alarmed that they have the ability to put that on the app to encourage people. To try it out and then have access to your credit card and apparently the authority to take funds from it. Due to this, I would not recommend this app to anyone. Somethings seem shady. I think they are banking that most people won’t fight a $6.99 charge. But how much money are they making doing that when people all over the world have access to this app. Very disappointing.

    Used to work well, now email functions do not work. This used to be one of my favorite apps. Now the email to myself and email as pdf functions do not work at all. I have verified all setup settings and have re-entered my email address but the app still does not work. Extremely frustrating considering it was my go to app in the past.

    Doesn’t work.. I have yet to be able to get this to send. I’ve paid for it and still nothing. I’ve hard reset my phone and nothing. Don’t waste your time or money.

    Highly Unreliable. The auto capture function is hit or miss. Highly unreliable if you want to send the scanned file to your email. You may receive the file in the evening if you have sent it in the morning. Don’t know if it is their server problem or something else.

    Camera Lag. Camera lag’s after it says it takes a picture then when you move the camera it finally takes the picture and it’s not what you were trying to take a picture of. Has been going down hill last two years

    Decline in Quality images. Note to developer: improve the quality of the trial features then users would be inclined to move forward with purchasing. . . I've had this app prior to the $9.99 "premium" charge (I hadn't used it in a few months so I assume this is new). I would've been fine with purchasing- BUT - the few "trial" scans they give you (prior the payblock for "premium" purchase) are NOTHING like their previous scans (which used to look like good quality scanner photo-copies). These scans are literally pictures you can take with your iphone and put into grayscale (it's including my background table and looks like a picture- not a scan like it used to). Why would I purchase the app if the "trials" are so poor quality? At this point I don't want to get ripped off and wind up with iphone-quality pictures for $10 if this is what the "scans" are going to look like. Will be deleting this app unfortunately.

    Awesome app but. Works perfect for work and turning photos into PDFs but the main issue when I’m making a pdf I can’t do multiple photos from my gallery at once I have to add one at a time. PLEASE FIX THIS!

    Works great for iPhone not so much for Android. This is the best and easiest scanning app I’ve ever used for Apple phones. You can create folders, email, fax etc. But it doesn’t have those features for android phones.
