   Canceled. I have canceled this PDF scanner multiple times and it’s still pulling out of my account every week!!!!!!

   Scam. I’m trying to cancel my free trial so that I don’t get charged. I’ve emailed the company two times and haven’t heard back. Apparently, you can delete your account but you have to have a password. I signed up with my Google account and that password isn’t being recognized. There’s no option to reset the password. This is a scam and I will report to the bbb if I get charged for this.

   Don’t Get. Pretty much a joke of an app. You can’t do anything without paying. It’ll make you a nice scan of a document and then paywall you to be able to do anything without paying it. Bait and switch, not sure why you wouldn’t just make the app cost money if you know you won’t let people use it for free. Pretty frustrating.

   Scam, predatory app. My mom accidentally subscribed to this app hoping to use it once to scan something and delete the app. The app charged her $5 every week. We canceled the subscription and they still charged after canceling the subscription. Even if we intended to actually use this app $5 a week?? Are you kidding me this is such a scam

    Unable to export from app. I used to use this to export files to my email for paperwork in college, but now I’m unable to export from the app without spending money/free trial shenanigans. Used to get base functionality for free with mild advertising. Now you get to convert your photos to PDF but never remove them from the app without trial or payment. I could be overlooking a step but they’ve definitely made it harder to navigate if that is the case. I don’t plan on spending $.50 a week when I only need to send one PDF every seven months.

    Mixes up the order and delete pages in pdf export worthless. I tried compress no compress max medium low quality all gave different number of pages I got it to give me all pages on one file but they still were not in order. File looks good and is in order on the phone. It just exports through a random number generator

    Not clear. I purchased this app in order to scan my PDFs and convert to Word documents. It is not obvious once the document is scanned as a PDF how to convert to a word document. For example, once a document is saved, it’s now a scavenger hunt on located the document to export it as a word file.

Tengo usando esta App por 2 años, pagando la membresía y estaba funcionando genial, pero hoy que deseo utilizarla, no esta funcionando mas, al parecer en la actualización hicieron un trabajo terrible, no esta escaneando los documentos, solo presenta paginas en blanco. Deben de corregir ese gran error.

    Money scam. We never had to pay for camp scam before unless we wanted something specific. These are basic screenshots that I would like to send and it will not allow me to. This is an awful app. Trying to get $.49 a day when you only needed it for one day.
