   Beware. Truly horrific. Crashed my app every single time I tried to scan more than five pages.

   No customer support. This app was great until it stopped working. While it still scans - I am no longer able to connect to my google accounts to save information. I’ve emailed customer support and nobody’s returned my emails.

   Just lost all my documents!. No one from support is returning my multiple emails and there isn’t a number I can call. I even got an email bounced back - undeliverable. I’ve had JotNot for many years and every time I’ve gotten a new phone I’ve always lost documents but support has always been there to help retrieve them. Not this time! Can someone from support please answer my emails and help me retrieve my documents please? Checked your faq page and you really should advise customers to back up their files first before they get a new phone. I’m really hoping my files aren’t lost I will be very upset!

   Don’t expect to use with Google Drive. I had linked this app with my Google Drive account a year or two and then a few months ago, I had to reauthenticate and couldn’t. Google warned me that the JotNot Pro was trying to access sensitive data from my Google account and hadn’t been verified. I notified the app developer, who replied they’d get verified ASAP. Now Google blocks access without the verification warning. Not cool for a paid app that advertises this functionality.

   Doesn’t work 100% of the time. I tried to be persistent and expect improvements but this app simply does not work on any of my IOS devices, Period. You go through the efforts of preparing a fax only to get to the send part and it fails. There a better truly functioning apps out there!

   Didn’t keep up the technology. I’ve been using this app for a decade, unfortunately the technology didn’t keep up. The quality of the scan is really bad and grainy, hard to read AND the file size is huge for a bad quality scan. Sadly I’ve deleted this app and switched to genius scan and find it much better.

   What happened?. Went from a great app used it routinely. Now documents drop, can't find them later and 'app support' is MIA. Clicking on the link comes up with a page not found message. Did they just take the money and run?

    Not working with iPhone 12 Pro. On my new iPhone 12 Pro there are rectangular blocks redacted on the image like someone edited it. Needs an update for iOS14.

    New Interface is Awful. JotNot wrecked what was a good app. The latest user interface is very cumbersome to use and does not work as effectively. Too bad, I can’t use it anymore . Too frustrating!

    Awful changes. I used to love this app - it scanned so easily and was super user friendly. Latest update made it a thousand times harder to use and navigate. GIVE ME BACK MY EASH SCANNER

    Terrible update. This used to be a 4 star app. The recent update made it confusing and the quality is now terrible. I will now be using apple notes to scan pdfs. It is not the best but much better than this. Please fix the problems so I can go back to using it!!!!

    Don’t download this app after 10/10/2020. I had been using this app for years. When I tried it again last week, I noticed the app was updated. All of the features are horrendous now; you can’t easily crop pages anymore, and there’s no telling if you’re capturing just what you want or also the background. Downloading another scanning app.

    Terrible update. This used to be one of my go to apps and I’ve recommended it to tons of people over the years. Now I can’t use it anymore and will need to find a new doc app. Super disappointing. It was so user friendly and smart. Now it’s unusable. Please fix??

    Terrible update. With the update it’s impossible to select the correct part of a page una multiple page scan. Absurd. If you are scanning a multiple page document, you used to be able to select the relevant part and resize each and every one of the pages you were scanning. Now you are only able to resize the last page of the scan. Which makes the app useless for scanning a document with more than one page.

    Terrible Sept 2020 Update. been using this for years! I’ve given it 5 stars until the Sept 2020 update. Soooo disappointed in the September 2020 update. The scanning and cropping function is gone and now I cannot use for multiple page scans. Why would you do that, you made this great app non functional. :( 👎

    Latest update destroys a previous great app. After yesterday’s update I must place documents on the floor to get far enough away to capture, the documents are rotated 90 degrees, moving the camera up and down shifts the document left to right on screen and left to right movement moves document up and down... wow! I have used this great app for several years. I am hopeful the latest update will be fixed promptly.

    Comes up short. I’ve had Jotnot Pro for years and I always felt that it was not quite what it should be. Navigation is awkward and I would go so far as to say, it is not user-friendly. I tried the most recent upgrade and I have decided at last to trash it. I have found a much better one out there end it was free.
