   Poor design. Couldn’t even get past the signup page. Sign up button fell off the bottom of the screen so I couldn’t sign up.

   Terms and Conditions. I was really excited to try this app on my iPhone but it literally will not let me read the terms and conditions prior to accepting them. I mean I probably would have skimmed and accepted but now I can only see a red flag. Good luck quitting out there everyone.

   No I don’t like the new App. It’s dull and the colors make it hard to read. Is there an option for the old one ?

   App stops working. Resets stats often. I paid for the app, then got told to switch to Kwit2, then kwit 2 told me to go back to kwit 1. They asked to login and store my stuff in the cloud, which I was reluctant to, but caved in. Today I open the app, all my stats are gone, asking me to register. I click on already signed up, login. And won’t find my “usename”, tried my email, etc etc. finally tried Facebook login, and it asked me to setup my kwit date and went on to reset all my stats. Gave this app so many tries, end of the day it stops working. Just terrible

   Unusable in the free version. While it’s ok for developers to look for a viable business model, forcing users to start an open ended subscription-based model with the worst ads popping up with sound every 3 interaction with the app is just plain wrong. Let users buy lifetime access to the app and don’t try to milk them indefinitely under the threat of poor UX, or they will go elsewhere.

   A nuisance at best. Don't be misled by the five star review by the only other person who was persistent enough to review. This is my sixth attempt at creating one, and this application has been more of an instigator to smoke, then an aid in quitting.

    Pop ups. This app would be pretty cool if it weren't for the pop ups. I don't mind pop ups in general, but when you can't get it off the screen, it becomes frustrating. So when I tap on the I'm not interested it doesn't go away. Then I can't use the app. If you fix this I would give it a higher star rating. But I'm deleting the app because I can't use it.

    So frustrating. The pop up adds are so impossible to dismiss when they show up. This app made me want a cigarette the most since I've quit.

    Lies about no in app purchases. It wants to get you hooked to something else so they can try and get £40 a year out of you just for using there basic software. Lazy manipulative slobs.

    Data is wrong. I smoked 15 cigarettes per day, 43 cigarettes in a pack and a pack costs £13.00. Apparently I have saved £134.00 in 9 days according to this app!

    im not paying for this. i understand that you have to charge for an app, but it’s pretty stupid to charge for this. at least give me a free version. it’s unfortunate that you’re trying to help us save money by charging us. idc about the developing costs don’t make an app like this to charge people for quitting.

    An unscratched itch. Somehow my previous review was removed. The one star is still listed in my apple account but none of the written portion remains. So I’ll say it again. Not because I’m being rude but because I think it’s a valid criticism that I’d like to make about the app using the one way Users are invited to participate in the whole app universe. This app is way way way too expensive. “Smoking is expensive”. Yeah, we know. It’s a recession and inflation is out of control. We’re all broke. Good reason to quit. Still doesn’t (and shouldn’t) justify the cost of the app and that argument is pretty gross. The way I look at subscription costs is #1. Is the content going to meet a need that nothing else will? So Netflix passes that test because it provides new content daily, occupies my son, entertains, informs. Audible makes my commute really enjoyable and I genuinely love the stories I’ve engaged with. A meditation app I subscribed to monthly for two years provided me with a solution to insomnia in the pandemic, and to pain while I was pregnant, allowed me to create my own soundscapes for sleeping, helped my daughter calm down when she was hyper. ALL of those apps cost less per month than this one and all of them offer more than this one. I’m frustrated because I really did want what was behind the paywall, but it was more like curiosity. It would be cool to have the facts of how quitting is healing me. But…I already know it is. I feel it is. I didn’t think it was good to smoke or something. So not subscribing is just an unscratched itch. So, devs, I get that your work is valuable, but the cost just makes no sense. I was dropping money on cigarettes because my addiction justified it even though it hurt my budget badly. Thankfully my addiction isn’t in control of what I pay for other things in my life.

    Not that good. Should be free for full version but just be a week or 2 trial with out having to use a credit card I’m really trying to quit but this app didn’t help at all

    Keeps reverting to free version. Let me start by saying that I really like this app it’s well designed and is very helpful when quitting smoking. That being said I purchased a one-month subscription to unlock the premium features and every time I login the premium features are locked again and I have to restore my app purchase. I have yet to find a way to contact the developer so I’m hoping that I can reach them through this review. I hope they can resolve this issue for me.

    Trying to be loyal. I quit cigarettes with this a long time ago. Now I'm quitting cigars. Why can I not see the achievements before I unlock them now? Is there a list at least online?

    Sloppy. The achievements don't appear to hook into the willpower tracker. So if you're, say, weaning off – it'll "reward" you for a full day of not smoking even if you've only cut back. Feels sort of hollow, and certainly not what I expected when I paid for the tracker.
