Crashes and won’t save. I paid for this app and it worked one single time for one single video and now I’m trying to export a video with captions again and it is crashing. I’ve done everything from delete all of the content & the app, re-recorded , did all of the troubleshooting so I am doing the individual email now and I will update my review accordingly

Too many ads. I pay yearly for this app yet it pops up ads every time I’m in it. The ads say they’re there to make it free. I pay for the app, it’s not free for me and I don’t need to see ads every time I record a video or delete a video or make a change to something

Not free. I don't know why they advertised it as it's a free app they charge you. You can't even do the free trial and save a video and see how it records because they make you come here to write a review simply so freaking annoying honestly not worth it.

Deceptive. Pretends to be free when it’s not. It offers a 3 day free trial but doesn’t let you test it at all before you sign up. Convinces you to rate it before using it with the promise of being free. Couldn’t figure out how to get it to listen to my reading and move the script accordingly

FREE VERSION DOES NOT EXIST. The app looks incredible. Very functional, I’m sure it’d be nice to use. But one thing I will never tolerate is saying there’s a free version, but never let me record a SINGLE video without seeing a paywall. Weird. How would you not have an option to record one or two a week as a free version?

Frustrated. The app is malfunctioning with the speed of the scrolling accelerated to the point that I cannot use it. I tried all the suggested fixes and no one has gotten back to me. I spent $69 on a subscription that is unusable. Previously I was very happy with it.

Doesn’t Work. The most frustrating thing with this app is completing a perfect recording and saving it only to realize that the app actually didn’t save your recording. That’s the worst thing of one of the many bugs on this app. Don’t was $70 on this as there are many less expensive apps that actually work.

App isn’t Recording. I just bought the app 2 weeks ago and for the past 2 days it Dosen’t save your videos. Once you stop, and you go to recording nothing is saved. They refuse to refund it. Don’t waste your money.

Untrustworthy. Canceled the free trial immediately after downloading and was still charged before the trial was even due to expire. UPDATE- since I keep receiving notes from the developer/CEO/owner asking to reach out and even though I have reached out, I still haven’t heard back yet. I keep getting the same note so again not trustworthy. Don’t reach out and ask for more information so you can do something and then not do something when somebody reaches out and provides more information.

Awful-choose a teleprompter that works ALL the time!. This app glitches and doesn’t recognize that I paid for a premium purchase so I can’t record anything longer than a sentence. Extremely disappointing. Asked for money back, but they haven’t emailed me back.

It is not free. You have to pay to use the open. I am okay with paying for apps. What I don’t like is the app states to keep it free, leave a review and then when you do. It’s just a free 3-day trial and then it’s $70 a year or $5 a week. This is false advertising!

Useless. Had great hopes. But then you have to be assaulted by the author begging for a review and you cannot save it to your camera roll despite it saying you can. Frankly I don’t get the game of this as to why it’s so unhelpful.

Paid and it stopped working. I paid for the annual subscription and it stopped saving my recording I have updated the app and re- started my phone but one I stop the recording it does not save or allow me to view the video

I just signed up!. I just signed up to see if this would work for me but I keep getting asked to leave a review every second. It is annoying. Let me use the tool a few days and then decide whether or not I like it. I get that reviews help businesses but if you want me to pay for something you do something for me before expecting something in return.

Horrible. Worse spent 5$ ever! You cannot set up the zoom there is no way to exit once you start recording. Very not intuitive. Sorry make this better

Unauthorized charges. I got the free trial but canceled the same day because my videos looked blurry. Then a few days later I got an unauthorized charge for $89.99. That is super sneaky and dishonest. Beware!

Not free - scam. The FREE version is a scam and the idea of writing a review to ‘keep the app free’ is notorious. The app would not let you do anything other than writing your script on the free version which defeats the purpose of a teleprompter. Extremely disappointed to see just another con for free apps.
