   Not user friendly. Not at all user friendly. I tried the free version and even though it allowed me to paste what I wanted into a document, accessing it was super difficult. It just gave me a blank screen with a timer. I tried several times to open the document I created, but to no avail. I’m so glad that I only tried the free version and didn’t just buy it out right.

   No sound. Tried using this app on my IPAD. No sound on playback. Tried with and without headphones, same issue. I would give it zero stars but I had to give 1 to submit.

   Misleading “Free” App – Mirror Mode Is Paywalled. I downloaded this app specifically to use with a physical teleprompter rig. A teleprompter requires mirrored text to work properly. Unfortunately, the mirror feature is locked behind a paid upgrade. This makes the free version essentially unusable for anyone who actually owns a teleprompter. Mirroring is not a premium add-on feature. It is a core requirement for teleprompter hardware. The app markets itself as free, but without mirrored text it cannot perform the basic function people download a teleprompter app to do. Very disappointing. If you are using a real teleprompter, be aware that you will have to pay before it works as expected.

   They don’t do backgrounds to text. Hard to see the text in screen. Missing basic feature.. Frustrating

   Poor Subscription and Customer Service. This is a very expensive product for what you get, and they only have an annual fee. If you want to use it for single use or a few times, you incur a full yearly cost. I asked if I could get a refund, due to not needing the yearly subscription, and they did not respond. I’d find another teleprompter app with more friendly payment plans and service.

   Removed options from free plan. They removed free support for a game controller. Plus, there are 30 other apps with the exact same interface and controls so it seems like they’re trying to just run a racket on this whole thing here.

    Horrible!. I updated the app because it wouldn’t allow me in. Now there‘s no free version, so I signed up for the free trial and the app keeps shutting down every time I save my script. Will definitely unsubscribe and delete.

    Can’t really use it without paying. I gave this one star, because I don’t care for dishonesty. This may be a great app, but it’s useless if you don’t pay an exorbitant sum for the software. You can’t change the font color or reflect the text without paying.

    buy a real teleprompter. for less the money they charge for this app you can buy a professional teleprompter online, the free version of this app doesn't allow you to change the fount color so you can't see the script in all scenarios

    Not user-friendly. I literally cannot playback any of my recordings, it’s very, very hard to navigate. I literally deleted this app and would never pay for a paid plan just because how difficult it is to navigate. I don’t mind investing, but I promise you I literally could not play back what I had just recorded. Then it’s like when you pause it or stop the recording, it doesn’t have an option to finish or submit it or anything like that. Absolutely frustrating.

    Will suddenly remove features of basic. I’ve been using the basic version for a few weeks. Noticed today that it randomly removed mirror options unless you pay for subscription. I understand wanting to get paid, but $59 a year for a teleprompter app? I’ll keep looking.

    Can’t update. The latest update seems to be broken. Teleprompter keeps asking to update, but nothing happens. If you delete the app and re-downoad, it will not launch.

    It’s become buggy.. I used to use this app all the time for work. Used to never let me down. Now after filming and ending the recording the app will ALWAYS without fail crash. Goodbye Teleprompter app, it was nice while it lasted.

    Forces you to crate an account. I hate that it forces you to create an account before you can even see the features…. It’s giving data mining. Instant uninstall.

    Control Support is a pro features. This was a great app for a long while, used in some videos. I tried to connect my controller recently and was prompted every time to get a subscription. I do YouTube as a hobby so I don’t reach for teleprompter stuff all that often, but it’s disappointing they went this route. No longer using.

    Crashing. I’ve been using this app with great success for months, but I’ve had to find a workaround the last couple of videos I’ve recorded. The last video I recorded four times and none of them saved. As soon as I tried to stop the video recording, the app crashes. I’ve lost a few hours now trying to make that video because the app Won’t save it. Looking for a new app now.

    GARBAGE TELEPROMPTER. This app has repeatedly deleted videos that I recorded, it’s distorted the frame & caused me HOURS of lost time, I can not recommend it
