   Lost credits. Looked into flights and noticed my extra credits were gone and I had 5 that were given as a new account even though it showed I joined in 2019. I went back and forth with the help desk and got no resolution. Experience left me likely to not use again.

   Cannot see requested flights. I’ve reviewed flights but my request don’t show up. I don’t even see my credits anymore.

   False loads. Literally received loads for 2 different airlines showing +1 and +7. Less than 10 seconds later new loads were entered showing 0 and -1. The loads are unreliable 90% of the time. No action is ever taken by the app dev to block false load users. Waist of time and money

   Free trial is a Myth. I cancelled this within the free trial and they charged me anyway! Don’t waste your money. Plus their customer service doesn’t allow you to chat or complete the contact form so there isn’t a way to contact them.

   The update makes this harder to use. I really love using this app- it’s so helpful for OA travel. The recent update though makes it more difficult to update loads. Bugs too where typing doesn’t register the number correctly. Need to provide an update that fixes this.

   Terrible for people answering requests. On multiple occasions within 1-2 min of opening request it gets dropped and locked on me half way answering someone’s request.. then someone else picks it up so I can’t even recover it from the open pool

   No matter what I do I cannot login.. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the very latest version of this app. I verified that my account was active as I can login just fine on the website version of StaffTraveler. Unfortunately no matter what I do, I cannot get this app to let me sign.

   Don’t fix what’s not broken. This app had an excellent interface that was fluid and intuitive but recent update completely destroyed the usability. Interface became clunky and confusing!

    Can’t sign up. I downloaded the app. Trying to sign on but I am unable to because I cannot toggle to accept the terms and conditions. The toggle is first covered by a message that tells me to use my real name, which I am. Then when I try to continue, I can’t because the toggle is covered by a message that tells me to accept the terms and conditions.

    Terrible customer service. Booked a hotel which said $250 and upon checking credit card, it charged $330. Added charges were never disclosed until after payment. Tried calling customer service immediately and they said the booking was no refundable. Tried explaining the extra charges that were undisclosed but to no avail. Also, the $330 was more than any other platform, including the hotel website. So the “discounted staff prices” are a scam

    Whatever happened to DL flights?. I have enjoyed this in the past years. What happened to DL flight requests? I don’t see any DL flights listed anymore. Is this a recent update? Not sure how handy this app would be for me if DL flights are unavailable.

    Email. I’m trying to sign up to get into the app and it tells you to add email. Once I add my email, it told me it was sent and I checked my email and nothing appeared. I even checked my spam folder and nothing is there. Ridiculous.

    Was okay, now non-functional. I am a pilot for a major airline and have used this app for a while. While I am always skeptical of the accuracy of the information provided it has been somewhat useful. Since the recent update I am unable to log in and use my PAID credits. So now I have been robbed. The app doesn’t recognize me regardless of the email address I use including my company email. I have also provided the other verifications and still am unable to get back. Thanks for the awful update.

    Why personal information?. Why ask for personal information? Update: I hardly ever update my reviews, but I received an email from the devenid the app asking me to update my review. Ok, sure. I downloaded this app to check seat availability on KLM for my upcoming trip, and the app gave me a friendly notice saying “KLM loads are no longer available, please contact KLM directly at (phone number) for load information”. 😭

    App roke while making account. I never got the confirmation email and there’s no way to send a new one. Very frustrating. Probably never going to get to use this app.

    Only doing this to get your attention. This App is amazing. Already a 5 star. But the only way it would be even better is if you all could add a way to see potential jump seaters! Would make a really big difference for commuting Pilots.

    Notification permanently lost. I joined this app in 2/2019. I’m DFW based cabin crew. I used to get notifications all the time and raced to provide info for credits. After a few months, all this stop. I haven’t gotten any more requests for loads. And I’ve had to buy a round load about 4 or 5 times already because I travel the world often on those long stretch of days off from drop trips. Was the membership conditional meaning we only provide and ask for loads for the first 5 months & after those 5 months, we stopped getting requests for loads so we are forced to buy loads? Baby Tine

    Cheating system. After getting assigned a trip to answer the load for and it opens up for you, u go look for the load and u comeback within 30 seconds its assigned to someone else so u get cheated out of a points u could’ve earned

    Most Recent Update is Broken. The most recent update of this app is broken. When I submit negative numbers as the availability, it defaults to showing the negative sign whenever I enter number of non-revs which makes no sense. Also, I can no longer delete requests and keep the app open - every deleted request results in the “this is taking longer than usual” error message and the app can’t be used. I have to force close and reopen the app. Fix this and I’ll give a 5*!!

    Recent update. Not a big fan of the update. We can only see up to 20 requests at a time. Made it so much easier to see all 50 requests for one airline and answer them.

    New update. used to be 5 stars but since the new update you cannot see the type of plane on the route. This is important for commuting to know if it has 1 or 2 jumpseats available as well as for non rev to know if it’s a wide body plane with more chance for no show passengers.

    Great but doesn’t work for me without wifi. It used to work great but lately, the app only works on wifi for me. It reads “no internet connection” as soon as I’m off wifi. I have the latest version of the app and everything, tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, logging in and off, etc and nothing works.

    Yes, Definitely Bots Working the System.... Wholeheartedly disagree with your reply to the Bot issue. Even a casual observer can see it: something faster than a human is harvesting the incoming queries. Oftentimes the requests wont even display, and instead go straight to ‘being answered’. Moreover, the speed at which the answered are being provided is far too fast to be anything but artificial. You can talk all day about signal strength, clock speeds and refresh rates, but it’s happening guys— and you can see on your end (if you wanted to) the imbalance by seeing which accounts are spiked with all the point gains. It’s a shame because its a great idea— too bad the average joe can’t get in the game unless he spends his off days parked in front of a gaming computer and a T1 line.
