   New update and changes…. I work for FedEx express and used this app for 4 years… it may be time to not re-subscribe and move on to a different app. It lags.. delays… sometimes “The new” is not always the best. I was able to add 40-60 stops within 5 minutes and now that’s impossible. Most recent reviews say a lot and I’m not the only one. Older version layout was bit out of date but it worked like a masterpiece. It was #1. Thanks again for the 4 years and it helped a lot. Won’t re-subscribe my annual membership unless things change back or improve.

   Update. This update is awful. The keyboard is laggy. It’s hard to go to the next stop with the search bar. You have to manually keep on selecting the search bar at the very top of the screen instead of it being at the very bottom right. The delay after you add a stop is God awful. After you hit check-in on a stop is so delayed its wild, the map doesn’t move every time you check in anymore, it takes a solid 5 to 6 seconds before it moves onto the next stop when you hit check-in , and for some odd reason when I manually put in a location, it gives the wrong address to Apple Maps instead of what I manually put it in as . This app went completely downhill after they just dropped this update. I work for UPS and I’m a driver and I’ve used this app for about three years and I literally could not use it from my route today. Please allow us to go back to the old update please please please I can’t do it with this new update. It’s terrible.

   Update/Rebuild is terrible. Whoever was in charge of 2026.04.291 should be fired. Absolutely KILLS battery life (38% drop in about 20 minutes). Slows down input of addresses because you need to tap the search bar multiple times before the keyboard comes up. It does this with every stop, and you better wait for the “add stop” button to disappear before searching another address or you’ll be typing your search in again. What once took 3-5 minutes now takes 25-30. Viewing stop details lags for 5-15 seconds when it used to be instantaneous. And good luck manually popping your stops. Some of them require 3 to 4 tries before they’re checked. Not very effective or efficient for an app that kind of sells itself on speed. Who cares how it looks when it doesn’t work? This is not the app we pay for. Roll it back.

   Worst update ever!!!. Completely regret updating to the last version, this is the worst update i’ve seen in more than 7 years using it. The black background looks terrible specially during day time. When multiple orders on the same stop when try to check in the app crash. This is an abysmal downgrade of an excellent app, please take us back!!!

   This is clearly a downgrade shouldn’t be called an update. i’ve been using this app for a few years now to set up my route for work every day and this is the worst update I’ve ever seen. The whole app is so cartoonish.. as a person who had an obsession with downloading new apps and constantly updating them, this is the first time I want an app to go back to the way it previously was.

    Ruined a perfectly good app.. After the update the app is garbage. Apparently it wasn’t tested before launch cause it is super buggy. Try to tap a pinned location takes MULTIPLE attempts among a bunch of other annoying issues.

    New update is terrible. Opened the app this morning to find a new update. The new layout is much different so I started poking around. Opened an old route and went to restore one stop and then it changed to an entirely different route. Reopened the original route and all stops but the one I restored were deleted. App is completely unusable now

    Latest Update. This new update is awful. The regular map has been change to a simple black and white. Awful looking. The satellite image is now blurry and does not include the addresses on top of the homes. Awful. The client list is now mixed up between current and past clients and not organized like before. Awful. Wish I could downgrade versus this “update”. Awful.

    Confusing at best. No idea how this works , I just want to put in my 6-10 contacts from my address book and let this app route me around in an efficient manner. Unfortunately there are no instructions, the app isn’t intuitive, and if I put in a search with a known contact name in my iOS contacts it can’t find it

    Worst Update!!. Ever since the new look and update, I have to manually update my “start location” when I want to optimize my route. I have it set to “use your location on optimize” and for some reason it will start from a random location. Idk what you guys did but please fix it. You’re so good at increasing the price every time you feel like it but you can’t even fix small details on the app. Idk why you changed it but please switch it back to the way it was.

    Stole my money. I signed up on a 7 day free trial to try out the features and they immediately charged me the $120 even after I cancelled the first day of the trial realizing the app wasn’t want I needed.

    Warning !!! Very deceiving !!. I was offered a free trial for seven days and then $14.99/month. I opted for the 7 day free trial . With the $14.99 a month after that . Right after I signed up the app took $100 out of my bank account. That is not what I had signed up for that is a lot of money to pay upfront for something that I just wanted to try out. Extremely upset with with this app.

    7 stops? Really?. The app opens Settings so I can CANCEL my subscription before it starts. But once on the screen that would allow me to select Cancel Subscription, it “conveniently” freezes, not even allowing me to return to the previous screen. I am not paying $99. for an app that only allows me 7 pin drops!

    Touring Comedian. Though the use of an app like this is beneficial to routing, this company is practicing unethical behavior. They offer a 7 day free trial in which you are forced to give your credit card information, in which I provided via my phone. I decided to cancel before my free trial had ended and there are ZERO OPTIONS to cancel on your phone. I reached out to their help service email to cancel and yet I was still charged. When I reached out again, support said I could only cancel while i was on a desktop computer. So you mean to tell me it’s OK for them to take my credit card information on my phone, but if I cancel, I can only do it on a desktop? This is completely outrageous, especially since this is a GPS app. I only wanted to try it because I am on the road full time. I still have not received my refund and I help people read this as a warning.

    Terrible customer service. I signed up for a free trial and wanted to do the monthly subscription afterwards. Somehow, miraculously, it got switched to the annual subscription and charged me $100😳. After immediately messaging the company they told me there was nothing they could do. Ridiculous! I will not be doing business with them moving forward.

    Misleading. Pro allows only 6-8 stops per route. Nowhere in the description/documentation this is mentioned. I discovered it only trying to create a route. Was hoping for at least 20-40 stops. Getting my schools kids is like herding cats. Removed.

I attempted to cancel the subscription and the provider keeps directing me back to Apple however, the subscription doesn’t show up in my Apple subscriptions, and they are not providing me with any assistance in the username since none of my emails seem to respond in the app for that as well Terrible customer service and the product itself is not very good

    Poor updates. Every time they “update” the app, it gets worse. It’s useful for creating a plan and routing stops, but the map has become almost unreadable, the saved stop indicator dots are way too big and dominate the map unless you zoom way too close to see anything useful.. The blue dot that used to track your location as you moved is no longer there do you have to keep tapping the find me indicator to know your position on the map. I’ve used this app for 5 years, but I won’t be renewing it after this subscription period is over. It has become way too cumbersome and hard to read the small print and road names on the map.
