   Lost access on my iPad. Before I was able to watch my Direct TV on this I-Pad, now it’s just streaming channels I never watch, cannot get local news, nor any of my favorite shows. I reset it many times, deleted and reinstalled, many times and still haven’t been able to access I contacted helplines and always got disconnected without any response or resolution When I search for my favorite shows is asking me to subscribe, when I’m already a subscriber and pay $242/month….

   Super annoyed a contract with Scripps has not been renewed.. I watch ABC for majority of my live programming. I am beyond annoyed that is dispute has dragged out this long. A $10 credit for the inconvenience of losing programming especially around local primary season is unacceptable. A lot of people rely on their local news stations and the reporters they have come to know and trust to convey import information to them. Not to mention it is monsoon season and knowing when a storm is going to hit is extremely important. Can I watch NBC or CBS? Yes. Do I want to? No. Can you just settle this dispute already? Sincerely an extremely peeved Directv customer of over 15 years!

    So DIRECTV drops local channels. Always the same thing local channel dropped and no information about why. Each side claims other at fault. Point is it was part of package I contracted for and now do not receive. Hope they realize not only game in town.

    Not accommodating to Blind and visually impaired customers. The app needs to be more accessible to the Blind. The remote does not give great accommodations to individuals who cannot see so how can they choose and set up reminders to watch certain programming when they cannot see the guide it should be completely Audible and more describable to the visually impaired and totally blind individual.

    How many paid bots were used?. Everyone knows directv stream is a joke, just like their review score. Their latest issue, unable to record the main broadcast of the CWS Final — only allowing the ESPNU picture in picture with their live studio analysis. They just processed their second price increase this month within the last year wjthout providing any additional service or content. Cancel your subscription and flee to a better provider

    Network. The network connection in my sector is terrible 124 ave & 97th st area. They installed fiber lines, which was supposed to improve connectivity. But on a daily base, we get constant Network freezing. Due to have a congestion. Which is unacceptable. For the amount of money that we pay we should receive better Service.

    Can’t believe. Got a notice from DTV that my monthly bill was going up $10 starting the next month then I turned on the DTV to watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Stanley Cup on ABC and got the black screen saying that DTV has a dispute with ABC. Without saying but I will, this didn’t sit well with me! My opinion, the $10 should have been deferred until ABC dispute is resolved!

    Missing major syndicated channels. Super expensive and missing major channels like NBC. For a while there was no Hallmark. Better off getting the individual apps you like for the price of this one, especially as many times as they have 'expired contracts' with stations.

    Last update killed the remote functionality. Since the last update, I've been unable to use the remote in the app. like others have stated it goes black and none of the buttons will work can't even x out of it. Have to shut down the entire app.

    $$$$$$$$$. Monthly fees keep going up, yet we still have to deal with contract disputes and loss of viewing. PLUS NO benefits for LONG term, and I mean multiple, multiple years of being a DIRECTV and ATT customer. Also, I have suggested many, many times to have a CAFETERIA channel plan. How many channels that we NEVER watch, yet pay for is ridiculous!!! Set prices for different quantity bundles, and let US, THE PAYING CUSTOMERS fill with stations and programing that we want ( no premium pay channels). Be the first in the competitive world of TV watchers to offer this and be greatly appreciated. And …. Watch the new customers come on board !!!!
