   Does Not Work. I purchased the premium subscription so that I could use this service on my phone, and it does not register. I also have the most updated version of the application per the Apple App Store, but to watch the show I want the application wants me to update???

   Used 2 B 5 Stars, Bring Back Kocowa. This app was 5 stars when it was mainly K-dramas and Kocowa was included. I’ve been a subscriber for 10+ years and now since Kocowa is gone and C-dramas have taken over with a lot less K-dramas, I feel the subscription is no longer worth it. I hate to unsubscribe, but if this keeps up and nothing changes I’ll have to unsubscribe.

   Uh. And agin I’m back about the ads it’s so annoying now I was so close to making 5 stars but now that I realize I’m keeping at 1 star because most of the ads come when they start dating in every single one

    Totally not cool!. It disturbs me how viki barely has any free bl shows/movies. Not everyone can afford subscriptions, especially when so expensive. There is basically no diversity! I understand 60 viki only /40 free but 90/10!!!?? It’s honestly embarrassing. You need to do better!

    Terrible!. I have to close and restart the app at least 3-5 times per episode. The ads get stuck on no skip and keep going. It’s so annoying. I have IQIYI and have never had this issue nor with any of my other apps.

    Too many ads!. Even for the free version there are too many ads. My shows is being interrupted every minute or two with 3-4 ads. Can’t even watch anything!

    Too many commercials. I really enjoy the shows - hate the commercials. The platform already charges for watching but there’s A LOT of commercials and you’d have to upgrade for additional $$. ANNOYING

    Mid. It has lots of shows and movies but if you don’t have premium and have to deal with ads it always glitches and the screen turned black or the screen just stops playing and whenever the ad is done sometime it just keeps on going and it’s impossible to watch something. Most shows or movies that I want or watch always have locks on them so I can never finish something.

    Love the dramas but. I love the dramas the app has to offer but I’m having more and more issues with the app. Sometimes the captions won’t show and I have to logout and back in several times to get it to work properly. Sometimes they won’t play. Sometimes the are english dubbed and I have to watch something else until it fixes itself. I find that frustrating

    Lack compared to competitors. It sometimes a fight to get it to load. There’s no light control on the Viki page you’re watching. You now have forward and backward 10 seconds in the middle of the screen instead of the lower left also which is more convenient rather than having all the episode, show up when you’re trying to go back. You repeatedly ask for sign in which is a hassle, the list goes on…

    This is a good app. This app is good, but it takes a long time for them to have like the latest BL series. I wish they can get more of the BL series cause most of them be on YouTube or other apps when you can’t find it on this one.

    Issue: Play Button. I’ve had this app for quite a while and enjoyed watching my kdramas. However, Ive been coming across issues with the app where the moment I open it and play the show, it wouldnt do anything. I would have to constantly refresh it and it still causes the same issue. Furthermore, when I click/press on the shows I want to watch, it wouldnt allow me to see the episodes or populate the show in general with all the episodes, summary or trailers. Please fix this issue!!!!
