   Horrible new traffic update. I grew up in Richmond and love this app for its weather alerts and traffic map. However, after years and years of use I’m having to move on to another app. The new traffic update from a month ago only allows for you to view a small area around Richmond, not simply anywhere you. I use this when I travel all up and down the East coast. The actual traffic conditions and hazards don’t load, and even if it did it wouldn’t allow me to look beyond central Virginia anyway. That makes things tough for those of us who commute to NoVa. I hope this gets fixed but if not I’m using something else.

   Keeps shutting off Notifications!. New update is trash. Navigating the app is all different now! Radar jerks and jumps. No point for changing the lay out.

   Ad Overkill. I would love the app were it not for the home page being filled with half a page of ugly advertisements for sagging skin, dementia—yeah, I’m no spring chicken, but I don’t want to be looking at that stuff just trying to get my weather forecast for the day! I feel like we’re back in the 90s with web pages filled with stupid advertisements. :(

   New viewers, love show but hate advertising just to view weather on the app.. Love the weather but the advertising makes it hard to get to weather screen.

   I don’t live on the east coast. Even though I have my location on (and don’t live on the east coast) I get notifications about weather on the east coast.

   So meh. Garbage. It looks like it’s just feeding National weather service data like most tv station weather apps. The local weather team doesn’t seem to have any input on the info passed to it.

   Weather. Why can’t you find this by searching for weather? Since it is a weather app you should be able to search for it on your mobile device by simply typing weather.

   Weather updates. I don’t like having to watch the commercials with every short weather update. It seems the commercials are longer than your reports. The other stations give the same information without the commercials and because of that I watch them and not you.

    No good when it doesn’t work !. Only had app on my iPhone a week. Like to look at live radar before starting an outdoor thing - especially on rainy days. However every day it totally stops working for minutes - hours !! Just shows a clear picture- No radar !!!Sheepdog 1 sheepdog

    Can someone help me delete this app.. I don’t want the app any longer. It comes on even in the middle of the night which is good for some people but what they are saying never applies to me. I can’t find a way to get rid of it.

    Map. I view the map it shows rain in my area By my street close up, even as the time goes by for mins possibly an hour and no rain or bad weather What’s y map for? Thanks Jack

    Frustrating. App freezes or won’t load frequently.. Frequently have to uninstall/re-install. Finding Dark Sky to be much better. I’ll watch NBC12 on TV and use another app.

    Bee. According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Yellow, black. Ooh, black and yellow! Let's shake it up a little.

    Long ads for short videos.... I’m forced to watch these 30 sec. long ads for a video that’s a couple minutes or less. They are also played between each video. It’s very aggravating and I’m switching to CBS6.

    Just wow.. I keep having to redownload the app because every week it does some really screwy stuff. Then when I put it back on it’s fine. I like to look at the radar then suddenly the radar won’t read the hurricane paths or it won’t notify me of dangerous lightning or anything. They’re falling apart over there at 12 and it’s obvious.

    Sorry:. 7/6/20 Had to part ways. I gave you another chance. Too many ads. Slow loading. Doppler constantly freezing up. Each update taking up more real estate on my phone. Your app developers might want to check out CBS 6 app: light on ads, fast and responsive. Set multiple pinpoint locations. Notifications work well. Sorry 12, had to uninstall. I’ll be checking to see if my review stays. iPhone 6+

    To many video ads. I understand the need for advertising revenue for a free app. The 5-10 second video ads pop up every 3rd or 4th news headline I click on is excessive. I typically read a couple of news stories and close the app after the first ad starts. These videos consume my data when I’m not on WiFi. There are so many other ways to advertise on your app without alienating your readers.

    Terrible. On days like today and the weather is bad you can guarantee this garbage app will have their logo and a blank screen! Use any other app or just stick your head out of the door.

    “MapJoke”. I hate mapbox which is the new weather radar map !! It seriously zooms in to the roof, driveway whatever and then I have to zoom it out , very frustrating!! “I swear I can see Alaska from here” that’s how tight it zooms in . Please please go back to Google weather or something else . I also hate that they removed the daily submitted photos section , you can post , but for what the weather team to see but us . WTVR and WRIC work far more better than this joke of an app now !!

    Live weather option means now not the noon broadcast. Clicked on “live” broadcast. It’s a rebroadcast of the 12 news. It’s not NOW. Retitle that to something more accurate.

    Slower than traffic on 64 during rush hour!. Quick review 2 minutes before I delete app. Last thunderstorm warning took 10 minutes to load, and opened 5 minutes after the storm had moved out of the area. Accu-weather a much better option.

    So unreliable. This app has always been incredibly glitchy, but lately it’s become pretty much unusable. Nine times out of ten I can’t get it to load, and even when I do, it randomly shuts down. I will try re-downloading to see if that helps, but this is really annoying. I stay current with software updates, so I I don’t think that’s it.

    Annoying Ads. You have an ad (which can’t be removed) covering the home screen. When the app pulls up, the first thing I always check is the current temp. Right now, I can’t even see the current temp. I’m deleting and reloading, but if that doesn’t fix the problem, I will be deleting permanently.
