   Seems great - dirty practices. The app seems excellent so far but I noticed it seems to go out of its way to prevent spotify from playing in the background on your cellular apple watch. I get they want you to pay for premium but it seems like they're doing something to make sure spotify does not play and your restricted to apple music

   Lacks accountability. If I suddenly go 10xs faster than I was after the first 10-15 minutes of walking, you need to shout in my ear like the other time yall do, & tell me if the question of if I want to continue or not.

   Terrible. Asks for useless permissions when you hit start and then DOESNT RECORD DISTANCE. Interrupts music with stupid voice. I just need to track distance. Stupid app

   Cancels run. This app cancels your workout randomly. I was in the middle of my run (0.5 miles in 3 minutes 15 seconds) and I just randomly said, “RUN ENDED”.

   Not super intuitive. I bought this and the planned selected is good but the app isn't very intuitive to me and I want to change my schedule and I can't figure it out. I'm sure I will but it is annoying in the meantime.

    Math Is Finnicky. My Result was incorrect with mileage. I have someone in the family very good at math calculate the same path I walked today and they calculated more mileage than you and they've been in a job that requires a lot of math. I won't be back at all.

    Unethical. I was testing this app on a free trial & when it ended they automatically charged my card on my Apple account for a full year. Other apps provide a courtesy reminder. And this app has monthly options, yet they charged my card for a year without my approval. I’ve canceled it. Strava is better. I run daily 10-12 miles. Nope.

    Terrible. Doesn’t always start run when you start running very annoying to get half way through a run and realize you weren’t doing anything through the app

    Wish it asked to re new subscriptions. I got it and had the free trail. Only wanting tot ry it out. I didnt give an okay to sign up for a yearly trial. Took $44 out of my account without my knowledge and left me dumbfounded. Makes you sign up for a yearly program then just the one week as shown. Inconsiderate.

    I hate this. When I finish a run it always says it’s incomplete so I have run in circles for it track it right after a hard run. Also I tried pausing it from my lock screen if I’m waiting at a stoplight or if I’m park water fountain, always forces me to put in Face ID and most of the time passcode. I just don’t like this app don’t recommend.

    Pathetic attempts to get you to accidentally subscribe. This app continues to put buttons that you might accidentally hit to get you to subscribe to their premium app. Pathetic

    Horrible customer service. I had an issue and contact for customer service in app. Later I received very rude, short answer which had nothing to do with my question. I replied to ask again , but they ignore. I tried to send one more time , still no answer. Poor service !

    Charged for a free trial. I signed up for a free trial and was charged immediately. I have not been able to find a way to contact the developer.

    Typical. Stop giving these app your money until they learn what is worth charging people for their services. I’m not paying to get voice commands! It’s a simple concept, track my progress and update me on my time and distance. That’s all most runners want, and it’s not worth paying for. I’d rather track my progress with google maps than give these greedy developers credit for unoriginal ideas and concepts that have existed on the App Store for ages.

    Inaccurate. I ran a timed mile yesterday with the app from the Apple Watch and I ran a 6:30. I ended up running it and using this app the next day, and although I pushed harder and felt much better the time said I ran a 4:49. Very inaccurate!!

    Crooks!. I tried the app and did not like it. I canceled the free trial 2 months ago. Just updated my new card on Apple and the app randomly charged me for a year subscription.
