После обновления каждый поисковой запрос проходит через Alexa AI: пять секунд ожидания, узкая выдача и кнопка «перейти к результатам» — без возможности отключить.
new AI is awful. The app is super slow and often times freezes. The AI is so pointless taking 2 min to load a summary about your search before showing any results
Newest "feature" involves routing all shopping searches through ai, adding 5 seconds to each search and making you press a button to skip to the results. basically an ad for alexa baked in.
Forces Alexa use for simple searches with zero option to disable

pay for prime. products dont arrive when stated. drivers dont follow delivery instructions. Just about had it . about to cancel
before you purchased you get info next day delivery after purchase they change delivery time for 3 days later!!!!
can't ever get stuff on time anymore!!! Prime, what a waste!!!

absolute worst customer service I have received from literally any company. they spend too much money on AI service that doesnt actually help real problems customers have and then its like pulling teeth to speak to a real human
customer service does nothing but lie, they will say whatever you want to hear to get you off the chat or call then never deliver with what they say.
It seems like they want people to just give up part way into looking for it. They have been trying to recharge me for prime multiple times this month despite already paying it. They also have a 2 minute response window and it seems like staff will send several messages on purpose to try to close your chat before your problem is solved

LIMITING REVIEWS You can now only see 10 reviews for each product, and only 5 star reviews in those 10. this is obviously to promote impulse buying and helping businesses scam people.
i am canceling prime anyway because of their ai review issue claiming talking about product dimensions is talking about the seller and deleting all of my reviews
Too many reviews are NOT for listed product! Too much JUNK has 4+ stars for ANOTHER PRODUCT!
