SpotMe: непредсказуемый овердрафт
SpotMe включается и отключается без объяснений: сумма резко снижается или пропадает после переезда, смены шаблона депозитов или по неизвестным причинам.
I've been a customer for five years. Chime repeatedly enables and then removes my SpotMe eligibility, causing unexpected drops in available funds. Most recently, I planned my budget around money that was expected to be available for groceries, only to wake up and find my available balance reduced.
very shady. dropped my MyPay from $500 to $200, no change in income. no late repayment. no explanation and customer service is pretty much non-existent or can't tell you a reason for anything at all.
I had overdraft protection line of credit up to $200 without having to have direct deposit and then Chime eliminated that $200 overdraft line of credit and told me they would only reinstate it if I had a direct deposit come to Chime.

DO NOT GET CHIME BANK! I HAD $1100 STOLEN OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT BY A SCAMMER BANK ACCT IN THE NETHERLANDS, I FILED MY DISPUTE WITH CHIME AND IN LITERALLY JUST 2 DAYS THEY REJECTED MY CLAIM SAYING THAT NO ERROR OCCURRED.

Used chime for 6 years, then I questioned them about money being taken out and 3 days later my account was completely shut down with no reason given
had an account for three years and closed my account. when I called to ask why they didn't give me a reason why.
locked out for fraud that never happened. no help with any customer service, no answers, no help for 4 days.

Horrible UI updates. Why would you update the app with an "add money" button and place that button right where my checking total should be?
Checking balance coverd by an add money button? Garbage. Why doesn't Chime want me to be able to quickly check my balance?
Wow this is actually strong arming. If i dont update i gotta sign out. I cant even peek at my statements I cant even see how much I got.
