this app is amazing. I've been in quite a few pinches over the past 5 years and have been rescued by Dave every time. it's a MUCH better option than a payday loan that charges 386% interest.
It's been great from the beginning. I receive direct deposit from work every week. Plus I'm approved for up to 300 dollar advance through Dave also with no questions asked.
gets me out of a tight spot. I don't get hassled I also am able to pull more as long as i settle up on time. the ads don't lie, if your in a tight spot they'll help you out.

only use if you have to. for the last couple months I've used it, it has changed my settlement date up to 2 days BEFORE I get paid. I just called and was told they can do nothing about the system changing the dates.
very good but it settles a day before my payday. it use to not do that and theres no way to speak with anyone about the issue

DAVE deserves 0 stars. I started the application process, never completed but my card info was already typed in. NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT. I have been fighting with them since 2025. Never had an account, yet DAVE proceeded to take $3 out of my account since.
I cancelled my membership and it still charged my card which I am disputing w my bank.
I used to really like this app but they have become ridiculous with the charges for everything! You have to pay a $5 a month fee, pay another $5 for each transfer no matter how much it is

Rip-off in fees. You can advance $50, only in $25 increments, that way they can charge you twice for the $5 service fee and taxes. Why not just give us $50 at once you greedy....
good if the extra cash 1 or 2 times BUT.... I don't like how the amount you get approved for. they make you take out half at a time. and when you do you, you are charged 5 dollars every time you do get extra cash

Their cash advance system makes no sense and is a joke. I've been using for a while now and it went from a 600 advance to 100 for no reason.
I can honestly tell you right in the beginning they were really good they gave me 500 off the bat after I took that out two or three times and paid them back on time they lowered my cash down to 300
Dave is unreliable and constantly changes. Even if you repay early it penalizes you and lowers your amounts. Bad business.
