delivery was very accurate and on time. delivery person very friendly and delivered not only to front porch but handed to me. delivery person patient as it took me some minutes to get to the door as a senior citizen age 81

I have downloaded this app for three days straight and it is stuck on the login/create account page. just frozen
App just doesn't work. Gives a login screen but you can't click on anything. Nothing happens.

pathetic, I ordered an item off this app and it got delayed 5 times. it said it would arive same day 1-3 pm. at 2 it changes to 4-6pm. then it changed to 1-3pm next day. and kept repeating.
It is becoming a regular occurrence that orders are significantly delayed. Today it placed an order 2 hours ago and a shopper still has not even been assigned. Delivery time keeps getting pushed back.

I've had too many problems with Instacart. A shopper claimed half my order was out of stock. I went to the store and found a completely different person shopping my order 'for a friend.' Worse, the store had all the items he claimed were missing.
shopper got an item $20 cheaper and pocketed the difference. Instacart would not refund me.
awful delivery. They delivered my hyvee order and picked near expired products. Who wants salad that expires in 3 days?

it would be nice to actually have a discount versus the illusion of a discount. yes I saved $10 on my restaurant order but my service charge is almost $10, where are the true deals?
