the group chats/chatrooms are good but the app is buggy and slow/laggy on my low end phone

Полноэкранные рекламные попапы появляются каждые несколько минут и заставляют перезапускать приложение чтобы закрыть их.
Too many ads to the point the data connection and messaging and usage experience is broken. an absolute catastrophe. And the devs continue to tell us "Let us know your issues here" 2,500 times and completely fix anything but your problems making it so much worse. remove the excessive amount of ads please, we dont need 8 ads every 10 minutes.
Terrible, ads every 5 seconds. This app went downhill terribly in the last 5 years
The addition of headline banner ads was bad enough to begin with a few years ago. Now, there are multiple (very intrusive) ads every few rows - in addition to all of the forced pop-up ads - all of this rendering the Kik app virtually unusable.

6 days now, my messages have not be delivered, its only saying S...my friends can't get my messages but i can get theirs...its so annoying and frustrating please i need help on that ASAP
messages just sit on s for hours no connections. its very odd
I use to love this app, been using it for years, but every "update" seems to make things worse. it's to the point over 50% of the time my messages dont ever send.

The bot situation coupled with the number of scammers/fakes really makes this app unusable
Kik was excellent in its hay day, before the purge! Now it's plagued with bots, fake accounts, and inactive users/groups.
I've used this in the past and redownloaded it after a bout of nostalgia. not only were none of my old chats saved but there were so many damn intrusive popup ads and hard sells and lack of chatrooms that it was essentially an enshittified shell of an app that was previously wildly popular for simplicity and reliability.

it was fine until it reset when I went to log back in it said the email i used for 20yrs was not registered with kik so I lost everything that I had for kik in the last 4.500 days no more to say
5k days on kik and banned. What? all because someone was disgruntled. An AI bot banned me and the other person is running around with an account.
I was logged out all of a sudden and not able to log in back. I lost all my friends in kik and my chats
