useless. closed my account for no reason, caused me a load of grief after being a customer for over 8 years.
After 8 years of being with them they freeze our accounts over the bank holiday weekend and then email us to say they are closing them down and do not have to give a reason. They have managed to destroy a new business

Верификация через видео при открытии аккаунта зависает: после десятков попыток с разным освещением система всё равно отклоняет запрос.
the video identity verification doesn't work I tried for 1 hour perfect lighting spoke clearly didn't work
I made 7 verification videos more 3 secons and still didn't let me continue.......
Trash. Their verification process is horrible, they keep asking for more and more photos of you holding your ID and asking for "clearer" photos.
