Возврат при отмене невозможен даже сразу после оформления

Пользователи, отменяющие заказ в течение первых минут, сталкиваются с отказом в возврате или скрытым сбором за отмену — сопоставимым со стоимостью самого блюда.

there is no cancellation from this app at all. they still charge you the full price if you do and they refused to refund you.

customer service is no help on issues. you cancel orders within a few minutes of placing it, they charge you for the order plus a cancelation fee with no opportunity for a refund

the app randomly closes certain orders to be ineligible for refunds, even when the delivery driver doesn't deliver your food and messages you about not being able to.

Ever since Uber bought Postmates, the driver quality has drastically decreased. I am paying a premium to have food delivered to my door. Due to Uber allowing drivers to accept multiple orders, my food always arrives cold.

3 stars only because sometimes the restaurant is only 2 miles away. which is why I order from there. For some reason a driver across town is given the delivery and it takes 45 minutes. I get warm drinks and cold food far too often.

never use express delivery. they just charge more and take exactly as long as as the regular delivery.

the new AI "help" option is an oxymoron. trying to get assistance with an order where you can't just type in your problem is headache inducing and the chat bot is inconsistent with its responses

They use an AI for their support line, couldn't get any help for an order that was messed up. just sent me in a loop over and over.

the customer service was replaced with an AI chat bot that is completely useless! an item was missing from my order but the app won't give me a refund because the help option I'm being directed to is the useless AI bot.

Приложение стабильно направляет заказ в ресторан той же сети, но расположенный в 30–40 минутах езды, а не в 5 минутах.

why do yall always set the order place across the city. I choose a category or chain restaurant and its not the one 5-10 minuets down the road its the one 30-40 minuets across the city, change your algorithm this is ridiculous

they'll toss you order to a miles away restaurant if the closest closes. and make you wait hours just to take your money. 15 minute order, now an hour and change.

On two separate occasions, I have applied a promo offer in my cart and then I got charged the full amount upon delivery

some restaurants mark up prices which I don't like but Postmates gives discounts pretty constantly to offset it
