   Tragic. It’s a great app to use but if you delete it all your projects get deleted too…you can’t get them back…I had years of projects saved and they deleted it to make room for a lb update to my phone…when re downloaded it…all my hard work was gone…years of evolving with this app and perfecting my craft was gone……all my great ideas gone…one of the main ways I express myself just gone…i hope that one day it will allow users to have their work saved the permanently

   Can’t cut out pictures and swap out faces. I got your program because it says that it would let me swap faces on pictures that I choose, and I am not able to do that

   Actual trash. The app will not even propagate prompts for a ton of benign things. It will just say failure to load and no matter how many times you refresh it it will just not propagate images with certain words in the description. Then the things that it does make sometimes look so outlandish that they’re completely useless for anything at all, even the most basic purpose. Because it will constantly produce images with multiple eyes, multiple mouth multiple hands and fingers or that are anatomically insane. I cannot believe that they charge this much for an app that is this embarrassingly stupid

    Dishonest Billing. This company has dishonest billing practices. I asked them to notify me when my trial was almost over and they didn’t. They also require that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to renewal. I tried cancelling the day of the renewal, but that didn’t work. They do not offer pro-rated refunds. Avoid.

    A disappointing photo app. I use to use this app so much it was so fun, so many things were free and accessible and every year they block more and more things you have to pay for to the point that if you don’t want to pay 7.99 every week this app pretty much becomes useless now and unusable, sad that I have to delete this app now because it was a fun app but now it’s just a rip off of your money.

    Used to be awesome.. As I said, it used to be awesome back when this was Photofox. NOW they’re just money hungry and now put what once were free features behind paywalls. This app used to genuinely be useful. About a year ago all of the good uses of this app were put behind a steep paywall and it has only gotten worse from there. If you want the absolute bare minimum go with this but at this point, and I never believed I would come to this conclusion, Picsart does what this app once used to. For free. It is now essentially useless, which I’m sure most would agree.

    Charging me and no refund. I haven’t used this app in months, yet it auto-charged me for a renewal I reset with the company in multiple ways, but according to their “ company policy” they cannot refund me the money despite the mistake and me informing them that I’m currently going through issues that are racking up a lot of medical bills and I could really use the money and not to be charged for some service that I don’t use anymore. Still, they don’t care and only wanna go off a policy to take more money away from people. And are being very difficult and cannot send me the money back. I used to really like this service and then it seemed like the company got really greedy and kept trying to charge me for things. I really wish I never got this service or deal with this company as they’re quite terrible people

    AI generator is awful. Not only does it not understand anything, but on the off-chance it does get it right, it’ll take having to reload about 500 times before giving you an actual result. One of the worst AI generators I’ve ever seen. Can’t believe there’s no updates or anything. Been paying for an annual subscription for years since the regular app is useful but why even bother adding the AI features if none of it works properly? It’s so frustrating that I’ll probably end up canceling.

    Find something else. Doesn’t let you do anything unless you start the trial and I’m not interested in doing that. And it makes sure you can’t just play with it and edit and screenshot it when you’re done instead of subscribing it won’t let you screenshot without pro either smh. Money hungry affff!!!!

    Putting features behind paywall. Don’t let them lie to you. Many MANY features, such as blur, cutout, and many others used to be free, but the developers have put more and more behind their paywall over time. They have added NOTHING new. These great features are now inaccessible because these greedy money hungry slugs weren’t satisfied. Do not download this garbage app

    going downhill. i started using this app probably 2 years back and it was one of the best things i had ever discovered. it had surrealism settings and anything i typed into the ai creator would give me something so different and simply just cool. now the image generator sucks BAD and it lacks the same simplicity of great imagery it used to have. i don’t get images that i’m looking for anymore. they always end up looking the same no matter the prompts and all of the art styles are plain out boring. now it seems this app is requiring you to pay to even do simple things at all. i’ll give them a chance to fix it but other than that i wouldn’t recommend this app otherwise as i would have 2 years ago. wish you the best of luck fixing this developers. we are counting on you!!

    Going downhill. I got this app way back in 2018, it’s what started my graphic designing career. It was called photofox back then. Once it got rebranded, bought out, acquired etc., I knew it wouldn’t be good. It took a long time, but now you have to pay to use quite literally any function on this app. If you want a photo editing app, there are thousands of competitors that will give you more for less. I gave it 2 stars because it used to be good I’m back with another review in 2026, it surprisingly got even worse an an editing app and it’s not even a good AI app LOL

    0 support, stopped working. I had this app for years and it was amazing. Recently the projects part stopped load in which sucks. 0 support now. Everything is AI. Bummer because I was a loyal customer. The projects files was a huge part of my editing and fot it to not load now sucks

    Enlight Member Transfer. I had previously purchased the app to access the services and am now being forced to no longer use it. & the next alternative option is to jump on to the new app where the only way to use it is to purchase a yearly subscription. Sounds atrocious.

    Won’t let you try even one picture unless you buy it. Can’t try it out at all, collects your information and asks for a rating , you take a picture then you have to pay to see it so I’m not a huge fan of that
