   Disappointed. I can’t use this. Anytime I try it just keeps saying “Oops, something is wrong.” I deleted and reinstalled but that didn’t help. I will have to ask for my money back.

   App is flagging things as inappropriate from a selfie.. Exactly what the title says. It appears as time has gone on the system has gotten less and less accurate. Like the learning model had flagged things that are benign as it learned. Not working properly. I get you have to protect people. This is understandable. But it’s not working right.

   Used to be better. I have had this app for quite awhile now and it is so glitchy now that it’s use is hit or miss. It used to be great! They have added some neat features but the face swap feature that used to be great now sucks and doesn’t work half the time. I use it less and less now and will be searching for a better alternative.

   $$ false app. I paid the 7.99 and could only do a few items and they needed me to buy a subscription. I didn’t purchase a subscription and they now charged me 21.34 and can’t find anywhere to cancel this fake subscription.

   Terrible waste of money. The app itself works well enough. But when I tried to cancel, they kept charging me weekly and I’ve tried and tried to cancel it and talked to support and it’s clearly a bot that’s not been helpful at all. Super frustrating and disappointing.

   Garbage.. Used to be great, but now it thinks nearly every video of my own I try to face swap is flagged as inappropriate content when there's none, and furthermore the app has many MANY sexualized "models" that are barely clothed in its own content. "AI" can't tell the difference between porn and fully clothed dancers from a TV special or flags Wonder Woman as inappropriate content but provides you with hundreds of cringey videos on their platform that are tasteless and trashy. I'm never subscribing to this ever-declining mess of an app that once was unbelievably spectacular.

    Awful and cancellation not allowed. I downloaded this app because I was lied to by false advertisement. Supposedly the app helped on seeing which haircut best suit you. But that was the last thing I found in the app. Then I tried cancelling the membership and I couldn’t find the cancellation link. Last I deleted the account and app and still it is trying to charge me. Don’t fall for this app.

    Major Scam!. It is virtually impossible to cancel the continuing unauthorized charges. I see many many complaints about this app and company online. Their online help is no help at all. Their so called instructions to cancel are incorrect and invalid.

    sneaky. i used one and they put me on a 19.99 / month subscription outside of apple subscriptions is this even allowed? noticed them debiting my apple cash … but they aren’t listed under my subscription. reporting fraud

    Fraudulent subscription services. Beware of buying this product once I purchased the product it has been charging me for a pro service for months even though I never requested it. I have also notified Apple. In cancellation terms on the app it says to look in your Apple subscriptions and it was never there. I even checked with Apple and they reported it wasn’t there in subscriptions with no charges although it was charging through my Apple Pay.

    Scam. This is a horrible company. They charged me for a lifetime membership and then charged me weekly using the same email account so I had to pay a lifetime membership in $19.99 a week until I seen they had done this for a month. So it cost me approximately $130 to attempt to see what a haircut would look like and the program did not work. I have reached out multiple times to the company and they will only refund one week even though they charged me both weekly and lifetime for the same service on the same email account and try to blame it off on me having multiple accounts. Buyer beware

    Ai reface. App would not offer more than a few hairstyles and would not show me hairstyles in curly hair. The AI makeup changed my facial features so it didn’t look like me and made my face look puffy like I put on 50 pounds.

    Scam!!. The app only worked one time, and after that never worked again. Every element of the app would say. “Oops - not working”. I am still trying to cancel it after multiple tries. And it is costing me $25 a week instead of the three dollars it said it would.

    Oh no! Oh no! Oh no no no no no!!!!. Waist of time. It literally gives you one hairstyle…you can’t even change color or use other edits without having to pay. Sooo, I guess u can’t even browse other cuts or even begin to try most, if not all, of your editing tools. Way to go for being the most of the non-free feature friendly app! So dumb! Not sure why so many people like this. Unless they’re okay with being ripped off?? Disabling this one, right off the bat!! Way better free apps out there. Yup, just tried em’ all & it’s every single features that are not free! Why?!?! Okay, bye!!!

    Charged for subscription I didn’t agree to.. The app was slow, didn’t have as many options as hoped for. Seven days after paying 7.99 for the app, I was charged $19.99 for a subscription that I never knowingly agreed to. And to top it off it’s difficult to find a way to cancel. Very disappointing
