   Eraser tool us worthless. It does not allow you to choose one face out of multiple faces only on certain tools except the fundamental ones. The eraser tool is completely worthless actually enhances the problem instead of erasing the problem it does not have an undo for the tool. You have to actually erase the entire project. The app is pretty useless. Actually seems like it would be a fancy app, but they need to work on it just on the fundamentals.

   The new update is horrible. What happened!? I’m so disappointed! This has reliably been an excellent photo and video editing app until 3 days ago! Now the not only looks annoyingly less intuitive, but more importantly it takes forever to even launch & load up. There is no longer a way to select a face to edit- especially for Video, there is not even a visible Save button (you have to quit the app, relaunch and go back to previous edit to save your project!) , there isn’t an arrow back to your main gallery, many of the buttons are hard to press- it’s as if they’re frozen! I used to use this app to quickly, seamlessly and sophisticatedly edit all my photos and videos for social media- solo and group photos! Now the app is shockingly slow and glitchy, and you can even select a face to edit! Let alone save or toggle back to the gallery! And whatever features have been retained take forever to work or load. This is absolutely tragic.

   Not easy to use. Why isn’t there a short tutorial on this app. The YouTube is useless. I paid for the lifetime subscription and for some reason I came to a point that I need to purchase some stupid cards.

   Had paid lifetime membership which was removed. This company is really trying to make money in a shady way. They had the app when it was first created as a lifetime fee that you could purchase and use this endlessly with all the stuff that is now locked! I paid for that and now im being asked to pay the mthly fee? What a joke this is! Never again.

    3 free day trial bogus. Beware of this option. It seems like you received 3 days to try it and then you can cancel before paying. Instead, you pay right away and CANNOT get a refund. Very misleading.

    Change is not always necessary. I'm going to cancel my subscription because of the update it was just fine before and now it has less features than before so I'm not gonna bother paying for something that has been cut down

    An FAQ or help spot is needed. I’m wasting time trying to figure this out like I don’t have anything better to do. There’s no clear place to go for answers to basic questions about how to use the app.

    Won’t access pics despite correct permissions. On rare occasion it accesses my pics and videos despite permissions giving access to all. It only accuses the apps sample pics

    Paid for annual subscription but now I’m back to the free version only?. I have been really enjoying this app till I switched iPhones. It was very difficult to restore my purchase. Now after finally getting it worked out myself (wrote customer service multiple times with no response) I try to use my premium features and it’s asking me to subscribe. I have no hope anyone will get in back with me.

    Not free for iPhone but was on android. This app was free to use on my android I switched to iPhone yesterday and now it’s making me pay for the same features?! I’m super frustrated. I’ve been using this app for years!

    Pay for it. Loved it at first but when I opened the app days later now everything that was free has to be paid for in order to use it. The nose editor was free now you have to pay for it among a lot of other features smh. I’m done with this app.

    BEWARE!! DO NOT GET VIP!!. The description says VIP users have unlimited access to all features. However I purchased the lifetime VIP and DO NOT have unlimited access to all features. The AI generated feature it is asking me to purchase cards to use. Even though I bought the VIP so I would have unlimited use of all features. It’s a LIE. DONT FALL FOR IT AND PAY FOR VIP!! They still ask for money to use some features. I am going to contact apple to see if I can get a refund. Can’t find a way to contact the developers in the app so this was my only option. Hopefully they will see this and make it right by granting me full access that I paid for. If they do I will update my review. Until then. DO NOT BUY!! Developers responded as you see below admitting that they charge extra for the AI features even though they advertise unlimited access. They made no effort to make it right. They should give subscribers 100 credits a month or something. They offered NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE.

    Too much glitching.. This app is awesome in many ways but for some reason beginning at some point, it often freezes when trying to open the app and would glitch and auto shut down. Only after several attempts, if you’re lucky, you will be able open it. Even paying a yearly subscription I am still having to deal with this each time. This has been going on for a while. Why won’t you fix?

    Glitchy. Every time I open this app it auto closes. I have to keep opening it like 5-10 x before it finally remains open. It also takes a long time for my photos to open which is so frustrating waiting and wondering if it’s gonna work. But when it finally does it’s an awesome app! I just can’t seem to figure out why it’s so glitchy for a year now. I just went to open it tonight and it refuses to open. Keeps shutting me down. I’m so over it.

    Good app but new update is not it. I like the new update and the app itself is easy to use but I prefered the app before its latest update since you could still videos into live photos. That feature was really good, I’m wondering why they took it away.
