   I accidentally purchased the annual Ultimate plan. Yes. If you want to leave a 1-star review, it’s best to stick to the facts of your experience and avoid exaggerations. ⭐ 1 Star I accidentally purchased the annual Ultimate plan after believing the advertised price was $34/month. I was charged $442.80 upfront, which came as a surprise. I canceled the subscription immediately, used 0 credits, and contacted support right away to request a refund. While I did receive automated emails and an initial response asking for more information, the refund process has been slow and frustrating. The platform may have useful features, but my experience with the billing presentation and customer support response time has been disappointing. I hope the company improves transparency around annual billing charges and provides faster support for billing issues. One suggestion: if you think there’s still a reasonable chance they may approve your refund, you might want to wait until they make a final decision before posting the review. If they do approve the refund, you can always decide afterward whether you still want to leave feedback about the billing experience.

   10/6/24 - It keeps getting worse and worse. This was a fantastic app until the devs decided to change things. One of the best features was the real-time image generator but that was removed. The option to increase steps for image generation has also now been limited to very few art styles. Some of the very cool art styles have been replaced with rudimentary options which don’t produce high quality images. The worst thing they’ve done is include a maximum number of daily images- even for the monthly and lifetime subscriptions Overall, this app has been on a decline for months. It just keeps getting worse and worse. A 1 star review is generous 5/20/26 App won’t launch after update. I stopped using this app for a while but wanted to see if it had improved since i last used it…long story short - no, it did not.

   Lifetime is meaningless. I had an unlimited lifetime plan, they literally redid the entire original app so now they don’t have to honor that plan. I could make a ton of Ai images before and now I can hardly make any. They charged me 40 dollars for a lifetime plan 3 years ago and now went back on it like the crooks they are

   Screwed over long time customers.. So happy that you guys rewarded those early enough that supported your platform with spitting in their faces, AI generation is expensive so it was only natural the lifetime sub was a limited thing but now we basically gave you money just to shill us and beg for more money while giving us nothing in return now....Thanks guys!

    Poor Customer Support and No Accountability. I signed up for a 3-month offer thinking this would fit into my workflow, but unfortunately the credit system just didn’t work for what I needed. After trying it for about two weeks, I contacted customer support to cancel and requested a refund for the remaining time I wouldn’t be using. That’s where things really went downhill. It’s now been 3 months, and I still haven’t received any refund. Communication has been slow, unclear, and honestly frustrating. Customer support has been extremely disappointing and not helpful at all. The tool itself might work for some people, but based on my experience, the lack of reliable support and accountability is a big red flag. I do not recommend this service.

    Pointless Download. After I downloaded the app and opened it, I was greeted with polished possibilities. What I got to do… nothing. 100 percent paid to do anything. No free tries even with an ad. And I don’t submit my payment info for a “free” trial… bye bye

    Ain’t worth it. First it’s understandable that there’s premium. HOWEVER all of the filters are premium so how are we supposed to create imagines without the premium? I’m sure this is a good app but the fact that every filter is premium makes it seem like a money grab.

Hi I just subscribed and I tried to use the app it generated two photos and one video , I tried to creat more videos but every time it said fail a took credit from m account !! Is not even make any thing right now Honestly I would like to get full refund and cancel it … nothing work and took most of my credit for nothing

    Stole $80 from me. I paid $80 for what was supposed to be lifetime premium, unlimited generations, and they suddenly completely removed that feature without warning, without giving me a refund or offering me an extended subscription or anything. They completely changed the app and removed all the features and styles. Support has not gotten back to me. Don’t give these people any money, because they are not afraid to just take it and then completely remove the feature that you paid for.

    Doesn't work. I was excited to try this. I must've done five or six videos and only one worked. The rest of them kept saying that there was errors. But it took my credits for all of them so I paid for one video that wasn't even that great. Tried to message customer service and it won't go through. SCAM. There are better apps out there that actually work.

    My Experience scammed. I tried this with it saying unlimited Sora 2 videos so I did the one week trial for .99 . Tried to generate with sora2 it said may take up to a minute. Waited 15 minutes and nothing. Tried again said to purchase credits. Can’t believe these companies get away with scamming people.

    False advertising. Saw an ad on instagram that says no limits. First, you can almost do nothing without a subscription so that’s definitely a limit. Secondly, of the free things you can do, it gives error in generating the image.

    False advertising!!! Stole money. The ad I found on instagram claimed UNLIMITED ai. Video creation and once I downloaded, it asked me to subscribe $14.99 without saying what I’m paying for. Then I find out for the whole month I’m limited to just a few videos! I get better results with FREE ai videos from Grok and I get more per day than I do for entire month with this sad app! Don’t let them steal your money
