   Customer service???. Well, I can’t find a simple way to email customer support for this app to find out why I can’t restore my purchase after paying for the pro version last January. I just got kicked out of it and I can’t make it work and you guys have made it almost impossible to contact so, here’s your one star review that I’ll be happy to remove once you’ve contacted me so to rectify my purchase… ~BA

   Do Not Download - EVER. I downloaded this app while attempting to set up a small camera my children received as a gift. Unfortunately, this was not the correct app for the product, and I did not realize I was authorizing a $79.99 annual subscription. I never created an account, never meaningfully used the service, and contacted the developer immediately after discovering the charge. I was told that only Apple could issue a refund. After multiple discussions with Apple, I was informed that Apple had contacted the developer regarding the refund request and that the developer declined to approve a refund. As a result, I was charged $79.99 for a service I never used and never intended to purchase. While I understand subscription policies exist, this outcome feels unfair given the mistaken download, lack of account registration, lack of usage, and immediate effort to resolve the issue. As a California consumer, this experience raises concerns about transparency and customer expectations surrounding subscription purchases and refunds. I hope the developer reconsiders its position and provides a refund. Until then, I would encourage potential users to carefully review any subscription terms before downloading. Apple used to be customer first - they are now revenue first. The Google Pixel is looking more appealing. I will be filing complaints as my children are shocked how unfair.    Scammy. I paid 10 bucks for the app and in order to save anything. They were trying to force me to get the $20 membership. These apps are so greedy permanently delete deleted.

   Scam. The absolute worst app ever!!!! I paid for one month and afterwards they ran my 3 times a day 7 days a week. I deleted the app and they still ran my card and $86 from account and now I can't get a refund nor pay my bills that are due. They shouldn't run the customer multiple times especially if they haven't used the app in two months. Scammer!!!!

   Всё испортили. Почти за 10 лет использования приложения могу сказать что с каждым годом разработчики делают все хуже и хуже и хуже. Почти все сделали платное. Напихали туда кучу г…на и всего что можно и не нужно. Бедное приложение уже даже просто не запускается или вылетает!!! Придется искать что-то другое… увы…

   At least reach out to me. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel completely let down by this app and its developer support. I originally purchased a yearly subscription on January 9th for around $80. While dealing with issues inside the app, I accidentally purchased a second yearly subscription on January 12th. Instead of extending my account to two years, both subscriptions expire at the exact same time next January. That means I essentially paid $160 for one year of service. I contacted support requesting a refund for the duplicate purchase, which I believe is completely reasonable, but I’ve received little to no helpful response. What makes this even more frustrating is that the developer seems very interested in using my account data to study how the app is used, yet when it comes to helping an actual paying customer, I feel ignored. To make matters worse, I am now locked out of the app entirely. It keeps asking me to verify my account, and even after verifying, it still won’t let me back in. The app itself is actually very cool and has a lot of potential, but no app is worth this level of frustration especially not after paying twice for the same subscription and being unable to access it at all. Because of the poor customer support, lack of communication, and unresolved billing issues, I have to give this app 1 star.

   Scammed me with a lie. It promised a 7 day free trial. Charged me instantly and there is no way to contact someone on the app. I’ve canceled my subscription after 3 hours of my service 7 day trial and still made me pay.

    I want my money back. I don't know who charges 80 dollars for ai app in this economy but I can't afford that and my child accidently subscribed to this. I'm tired of shady companies and apps taking peoples money and refusing to give it back. I can't afford 80 dollars for an app I'll never use and don't need. What I need is my 80 dollars back so I can afford diapers, gas, and food for my kids!

    Why update!. This last update sucks! It’s 4/8/26. You removed the best tools. Put back the blemish, the under eyes option and the dark circles. Why remove them????

    Don’t get this app. I was gonna use this app but decided against did the free trail then immediately canceled didn’t even use the app at all, almost a month later it takes a yearly subscription out of my account even though I canceled it and deleted the app a month prior. Still have yet to hear from the developers about a refund. 90$ was taken and I’m still pussed.

    Expensive, Unusable Results & Pay-Again Fixes. Paid $29.99 monthly for a subscription and the first AI video I made was completely unusable. When I tried to fix it, I was told I needed to buy more credits even though the error was on their end and that one bad video used all my credits. Feels like a cash grab. Not worth it.

    Used to be great. Has been bad for going on 2 years and the developers don’t help or listen!. I’ve had this app for many years and up until about 2 years ago, it worked so well. I’ve contacted the developers so many times and they are no help, and just don’t care. I’ve had it and will not be renewing my subscription (which is the most expensive one), and will find one to replace. Very sad, and disappointed!

    Still charge when you cancel in trial period.. I canceled my subscription within the trial. And they still charged me $79.99. I had no intention on purchasing a subscription and it’s a complete scam when you still get charged anyways. Requested a refund and was denied, appealed and was denied again. It’s a real shame that this company has to resort to stealing in order to make a profit. Never trust a free trial they always take your money.

    Unauthorized charges over and over!. After trying the free trial and canceling the membership a very long time ago, I was still charged $84.39 for a “yearly subscription.” Apple refused to reimburse the charges and wouldn’t do anything about it. Under my apps it showed there wasn’t an active subscription. Months later, this charge tried being withdrawn again from several bank accounts I had connected with my Apple account over the years. I had to put a block on them. Here we are months later AGAIN and the charge tried being withdrawn from each account. The amount of $84.39 was taken from the 1 bank account that wasn’t blocked. There isn’t a way to contact the company/customer service when you can’t go through the app. I’m very upset and would not give any stars if I didn’t have to. Hopefully they make it right!

    It’s a rip off and not worth your money!. Not worth it and very confusing to use! It automatically renews so make sure you cancel subscription ahead of time! I asked for a refund barely 3 minutes when it renewed on the same day and didn’t get any even though it was filed within minutes! Expensive renewal and a total waste of money!
