    Getting greedy. I don’t like apps company that makes you pay for the subscription to save an edited photo. Unfortunately they did not let you save even though they have some free editing tools from them. Which doesnt make sense to me, if you want to make the user pay then don’t offer any free options for them to edit then later don’t allow them to save.

    Don’t recommend. Started a free trial and it charged me right after when it said it wouldn’t charge me until 7-20-25 and today is 7-7-25

    Scam. I paid for a subscription and none of the features work. I went to use the features I paid for and again was asked to subscribe when I can clearly see in my Apple subscriptions I’m already subscribed. There’s NO way to contact the company or app either to resolve.

    Used to be good. Used to be a good app but now they charge for everything. So don’t go and do your editing because when it comes time to save it, you gotta have the subscription. So lame and disappointing. Deleting the app as there are so many others that do the same and are free.

    Overcharge/Ruined the app. This app has gone downhill! The makeup styles look totally fake and unrealistic. Plus, they're overcharging for features that used to be free. It's like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of users while ruining what made the app fun in the first place.

    Login Screen is in Korean with no translate option. I can’t login to my paid membership because login screen is in Korean or Cantonese or Japanese and there’s no option to translate to English (even though location is set to U.S.).

    Dishonored their free trial.. I literally signed up for free trial, & instead they charged me the $30 for the yearly subscription. I’ve already canceled the trial same day because it wasn’t what I was looking for. I’ve tried going to their help chat section on this & no matter how many times I respond, it’d continuously say “Thank you for your feedback. Please tell me what you think.” I know this isn’t an American made app but you’d still think the people on the other side of the world wouldn’t be this distrustful over a free trial period THEY OFFERED ME when I opened this app. $30 for it a year by the way. To some that’s not a lot but as someone who is a college student right to make ends meet until I get a job in once I graduate as well as, not going to even be downloading this app again let alone use it? It’s a complete waste of money that I can’t even get back.

    Review. Very annoying app only few free options , u only find 10% of options free and 90% for money and the 10% is just the worst makeup options in my opinion, it was not like this years ago , it was my favorite app for editing pictures but now I’m just gonna delete it from my phone

    Used to be good. I've used this app many times and it was great but for the past year or so it's gone down hill. The eyelashes are barley visible and at times the whole app doesn't work and now I see you have to pay for additional items that weren't necessary because the app was great before. Will have to search for another app.

    Weird issues. Not sure why the menu options keeps changing while I’m editing and also weird placement of lipstick even after changing for pavement in outline of lips. Also tried vblush and highlighter and then suddenly it looked like a bruise on my face and I couldn’t erase it

    This is a joke. I used to love this app. But like everything else they became greedy. What a shame. Won’t even allow the free items they give you and block screen shot will be telling everyone I know DON’t use this app.

    Won’t stop crashing. It’s beyond aggravating to pay $30 a year for an app that never works. Every time I open it and try to open a photo to touch up, it closes. Waste of money.

    Adding prices to free features.. I was enjoying make up plus and I understand that you have to charge to continue your business but every time I log in you’ve added more charges to the items that were free. Soon none of the services will be free to enjoy. I’m very disappointed.

    ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This app is an absolute scam. They started taking money from me without any clear option to cancel out of a membership. A membership I did not sign up for as I was aware I was only using the free edits. They have now started charging add ons from the app causing me to declare fraud and close my bank accounts. This app is not worth it, the people who made it are disgustingly greedy for a simply photo edit app.
