   Scam. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! I tried this early in the AI wave. After much research, I realized how much of a mistake AI is and tried to immediately divest. This place has given me the complete run around, refusing to cancel my subscription. They told me to log into the account but I get error messages half the time I try to log in, and when I finally do, there’s no option to delete the account! I’m obviously reporting them for fraudulent activity. Run from this company as fast as you can.

   DO NOT BUY - Misleading Subscription & Difficult Cancellation. initially signed up expecting a simple AI tool, but what I got instead was a poorly disclosed subscription model that charged me $14.99 without clear warning. There was no obvious indication during signup that I was enrolling in a recurring payment, which already raises concerns about transparency. The biggest issue, however, is the cancellation process. Unlike most legitimate services that allow you to cancel directly in your account settings, this platform makes it unnecessarily complicated. I was instructed to: Fill out an external “unsubscribe questionnaire” form Log into a separate site Navigate through multiple hidden menus just to find the cancellation option This kind of process feels intentionally designed to discourage users from canceling. A trustworthy service should offer a simple, clearly visible “Cancel Subscription” button not send users through hoops and third-party forms. On top of that, there’s confusion about account access. If you don’t remember exactly how you signed up or which email was used, you may not even be able to locate your subscription easily. That’s a major flaw in user experience and billing accountability. Overall, this service gives the impression of prioritizing revenue over user trust. Between the unclear billing, lack of transparency, and unnecessarily difficult cancellation process, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before signing up.

   Do Not Buy This App. This company is fraudulent and will not cancel subscription when asked via their customer service email. The instructions for cancellation are so complicated you cannot use their website or app to directly cancel the subscription.

    No resolution for computer access with Pro plan. I am currently subscribed to the Pro plan, but I am unable to log in to my account on my computer. I have contacted customer service several times without resolution. As a result, I will not be renewing my subscription in March 2026. Now, I am receiving a message to authenticate my account.

    Very untrustworthy company. I’m on the Free plan. I don’t know how they got my credit card number but they haven’t. They keep trying to run it. I’ve emailed them multiple I’ve sent them a screenshot of my free version of this software that I’m on. They still keep trying to Charge me. Whatever you do, do not give them your credit card.

    Subpar Product and Poor Customer Service. This product is subpar, the billing is misleading, and the customer service is poor. The website suggests you will be charged month to month and the total yearly fee will equal $99 when in reality you are charged the entire year at once. When I contacted customer service to help and for a partial refund (as I did not want to continue using an unsatisfactory product), the just gave me instructions to cancel prospectively (which is needlessly complicated) and asked me to send screenshots of the issue. I explained to CS that there wasn’t. specific issue I could screenshot - the presentations generated are not high quality. I prompted the tool with very specific prompts, included starting points for the presentation, and provided data and information to use in the presentation. The results were always something a high schooler would have created and were not acceptable for use in a corporate setting. They were also poorly formatted. I spent more time editing the resulting presentations than I would have spent if I had just created the slides myself.

    Misleading billing and no customer support- avoid. I signed up through the companies website, which is based in Singapore not the US or Canada. I canceled the same day I was charged yet the subscription still shows as active for a full year and there’s no clear or accessible way to request a refund. I also no longer have access to my account after canceling, which makes it even more frustrating be very cautious. There is no Grace period And the billing feels misleading. I highly do not recommend this product and there is absolutely no one to talk to and over the phone. Once they have your payment, you are on your own..

    Unintuitive and non beginner friendly. First it was reading an error just get my email, so i had to use another. Then I go to try and use the image generator and it kept saying it can't read my prompts because "cannot be read because it is not in the correct format." Sure fine, but nowhere does it tell you what the correct format is. Even copying the prompts from the examples is incorrect.
