    Payment. Pretty sucky how u can only ask a few questions before having to pay. They could even do a cool down option. Maybe get a certain amount of points over a certain span of time then you could ask again. Everybody so money hungry nowadays but I guess there just tryna survive.

    Uuughhh!!!!!. If I could give these apps ZERO stars I would!!!! I couldn’t even get HELP without first committing to a subscription! It’s sad that everything is about money with the economy we are in! Please don’t say the money is for improvements 😒 WHY make an app that’s states FREE but it really isn’t?! If you can’t provide free service, why mislead people otherwise?! Ugh!
