   Deceptive scam. I thought for sure that I canceled my membership immediately after signing up for a free trial so I could colorize ONE photo of my aunt from her high school yearbook. I was just scanning my transactions from the last month and discovered I was billed $29.99 for a membership through December 2026. Extremely disappointing, buyer beware!

   DO NOT DOWNLOAD ITS A BAIT AND SWITCH!!!. this app is a clear bait and switch. Yes it allows colorization of photos but, you can’t save them only view them unless… You pay them monthly, or yearly, or one time for two years…. Theo bait you with the free colored pic but then make you pay to get a copy of it.. What a scam. Devs care more about money which is expected with AI tools… so sad.

   Warning: The “Free Trial” That Wasn’t. Heads up, folks if you’re thinking about doing the free trial, don’t. I took the bait, and instead of a trial period, I got hit with the full $29.99 charge faster than you can say “buyer’s remorse.” Apple, in all its wisdom, refused to refund me because apparently, my case didn’t “meet the requirements.” So, lesson learned: the only thing “free” about this trial is the frustration. Proceed with caution (or better yet, don’t proceed at all). Disappointed, but not surprised.

   I Used to like this BUT:. iPhone 13 pro Max iOS 17.3.1 I used to be able to save and print photos imported to this app, then owner Changed the app so you need to pay a monthly fee to be able to save in any quality to your photos directory. (Ads or no ads doesnt save to photo dir. deleting & re-installing did not fix App still demands to sell all your info & data for their profit even when you pay) Thanks for the historical years it was used for -its time to cut the cord on this one ! Now using free Apple intelligence features on M1 Mac

    Can’t Use it Without “Free” Trial. Garbage bait and switch tactics. Refuses to let you use the app unless you agree to a free trial which, of course, they are hoping you will forget about after the THREE days and then start billing you. Bait and switch tactics…AVOID. Typical response. When I downloaded the app it allowed you to colorize for free if you looked at ads. Now it doesn’t do that at all. So, no, your “in app purchase” “warning” did NOT say this when I downloaded it. You will not be able to colorize the main utility of this app unless you pay them. SCAM!!!!

    How Could This App Get Worse?. I originally had this app more than a year ago. It was a pretty decent app when I first got it, the. It went downhill with each update. I cancelled my membership and forgot about it. Recently, my father asked me the colorize some old B&W photos for him, so I thought I’d try this app again. It’s still the same old problem, it does a fairly good job at colorizing and sharpening faces, but hair and clothing are horrific. If you just want peoples faces colorized, and it’s a close up of their face, it’s ok, but it will put strange colors on their clothing.

    Bar gets stuck half way. Very disappointed in the app. I downloaded it, tried it on a few black and whites and was super impressed when it added the color. My excitement ended there. The bar slider that you use to go from B&W to color didn’t stay. In other words, when I slid the bar to the right, it wouldn’t go all the way to the end. Then when I let go, it bounced right back to the middle. I was left with half B&W and half color. Not sure if it’s a glitch or if it’s on purpose to make…no FORCE you to get the full version. If so, shame on you. If it’s just a glitch, then please fix the glitch.

    A good app. But it butchers pictures.. Stop it with the “cropping magic” function. If I import a picture I want to use the whole image. Your cropping feature chooses a section at random instead of the whole image. I want to turn off the feature.

    literally doesn't work. I uploaded a black and white photo, and it did a whole animation before spitting out the same exact photo. The only difference is that one of the walls has a slight sepia tone to it there's not even a button to report an issue on a feature that clearly doesn't work

    Poor Quality Colorization!. I purchased this for the 2 year plan and then compared a colorization photo I did with MyHeritage software and did the same in this software and huge difference!

    False Pretenses. When I first purchased this app two years ago there was a one time lifetime fee option. They have since changed it and want me to pay another $29.99 to use the app. There was absolutely no two year disclaimer. Dishonest developers. Giving it one star only because it won’t let me give it zero. In response to your reply, unfortunately I don’t have a Time Machine to go back and screen shot, but you can lend me yours. A “One Time Fee” that lasts 2 years isn’t a one time fee and at the time of my purchase it didn’t say that anywhere in the description. Maybe better word your subscription to monthly, annually, and bi-annually instead.

    DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SCAM. I paid $7.99 for a monthly renewable subscription. As soon as I installed it, ads start popping up. They ask you to pay an additional $0.99 to remove the ads. I paid even though it is unethical since I am already suscribed. After subscribing, it only allows me to scan pictures. I am unable to upload pictures from my saved pictures in my phone. They then ask you to pay extra for that function. This is one of the worst scams I have seen in apps. And before people think I don’t inow my way around apps I want to share that I design apps for a big tech company! Don’t buy from this scammers! I nearly forgot to mention that I cancelled the app inmediately and it shows I was charged and I may still continue to use it until March 5. Another scam! It won’t work! It prompts me to purchase it again!

    They charged me even though I canceled during my trial.. Be warned! I tried the free trial and could not even put the app but on my phone. I tried unsuccessfully to use their online help, which is totally useless. So I had to cancel. However, they charged me for their app that didn’t work. Now I’m having to dispute the charge with my bank. So be warned. Their help is absolutely useless.The bottom line is DO NOT, DO NOT attempt to use this program unless you are sure that you want to pay the charges because they do not allow you to cancel during your trial period reagardless of what their app states!!

    It adds color, but not the correct color. It definitely adds color to black and white photos, but it doesn’t add the right color. I tried it out with a photo I turned black and white, and the photo turned out completely different from the original colored photo. The colors also are unnatural with a lot of yellow. It’s completely impossible to get the colors of a b&w photo correct. Honestly just keep your photos b&w. b&w isn’t as horrible to have on a photo.
