   App Doesn’t Work Consistently. This app sucks. I’ve paid for the year and two weeks go it stopped working. I keep getting an error message. I’ve reached out multiple times but get no assistance to correct the problem. If you’re looking for an app to purchase, keep looking.

   Totally worthless. Will not process any photos. Installed on ipad and worked for about a week. Upgraded to pro version and now not working at all. Dont waste your money.

   I was hoping…. it lets me do a basic and occasionally an HD Eveverything else gives me an error message, no way to apply any of the filters they just start to freeze an never start. There’s are no instructions anywhere.

    Completely Chances Peoples Faces - Not in a Good Way. I’ve never used a photo editor that completely changes the faces of people when you choose “HD”. Even the “basic” option changed how people looked and only made a couple random faces more clear.

    So bad!. This app changes your image in a bad way. Enhancements make you look like a cartoon by changing eyes and lips. Changing your picture for social media and other options makes your neck look like a chicken. Remni is sooooooo much better!!

    Not what I thought. My one star rating might be unfair. After watching the ad promoting the app, showing how the app will correct photo flaws, I purchased the app. In my estimation it does a poor job. The before and after are nearly identical. I see no enhancements. The app has some cute features, converting the image into a cartoon image or a different image genera. Converting a photo with multiple people does not work unless the conversion is to animated genre. Even there the app puts a beard on a female subject - no longer cute. I don’t have full access to my photo library. I wish they offered a trial period before purchase. Now I have to figure out how to stop the yearly auto renewal.

    So bad. In all pictures say Oops I can’t Generate more arms, more fingers, in most of the photos an announcement appears saying oops sorry it is not possible

    Photo Tune app is not as advertised. According to the phototune advertisement it takes a fuzzy photo and makes it clear. I had one photo in particular that I wanted to use it for..it made very little difference if any at all. I cancelled the subscription immediately. Apple will not give me any credit at all. So lesson learned. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT APP AT ALL.

    Disaster. This app is a complete disaster. It doesn’t work at all constantly crashes, freezes, and won’t even load most of the time. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no support available. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and received no response. It’s like they just abandoned it. Don’t waste your time or money on this useless app. It’s beyond frustrating, and the developers clearly don’t care about their users.

    Bait & Switch. App is advertised as offering in app purchases. It doesn’t offer any such thing: it offers subscriptions (monthly or yearly plans). Want to try on a couple of older photos to see how the app works before spending to subscribe? Choose your best candidate as you get ONE shot. After a single trial you’ll be informed you need to pay to try any more.

    terrible app. this app is limited in scope, including the fact that in older photos it will screw image parts, does not take African American features in account and will produce straight hair when the hair is curly. Will not colorize old photos and is not intelligent.

    Phototune. this is not at all easy to use. It’s not what I thought it would do for my photos. One of my selfies gave me a 5 o’clock shadow! Whaaat? I’m a woman. I signed up for a year (10 minutes ago) but it was a complete waste of my money. They don’t even offer a one day trial or anything. Not sure if I can get a refund.

    Not at all as represented. Cannot get improved versions of antique photos. Fake, contrived costumes and poses instead of a clear version of the original photo are the result. I am so sorry I ordered this app…… Not at all as advertised.

    KB. Not as clear as other apps. Two ads to watch should be one. Deleting it. My feeling is… a reasonable lifetime fee. Not this pay forever garbage.
