   RIP. This company should not be trusted. They were double charging our CC every week for 5 months before we found out. We were never given a refund, so we cancelled. Don’t trust them with your CC information. They will misuse it for their benefit.

   Do not sign up. Total fraud. I cancelled immediately. Still got charged. Fraud. Hiding their business in Cyprus so that I could not even file a complaint with the BBB (since only US businesses are under the BBB).

   Will not refund free trials BUYER BEWARE. I signed up for a seven day free trial. I was charged for it three days into the trial instead of at the end. I contacted customer service for a refund. They offered me “free” lifetime access. No one does this. There is a catch. Nothing is free. I said no and they still won’t refund the free trial money.

   Greedy yet features don’t work. I have been using this app since 2022. It was such a lovely app back then. I have my plants’ histories on this app. I tried paying for the yearly subscription, the help I got from the image search to figure what was affecting the plants was not helpful AT ALL (most of my plants ended up dying even succulents). I tried accessing the AI botanist for help, funnily enough, it was an extra charge to access the botanist even with the subscription. Now, I cancelled my subscription since it’s not helping, tell me why they want $8 to unlock a random plant of mine’s care but weirdly I’m still allowed to access my dead plants care… It’s getting ridiculous now. What a shame, too much greed for things that don’t even work.

   BS. I bought this lifetime membership. Now I need to keep buying for advice on disease. It doesn’t identify any plants correctly and has no clue what disease or bugs are attacking my plants. Much less what to do about it which I have to pay extra for. Very upset

   Unuseful. App unable to identify simple succulents. Database didn’t even have common plants like Heather for goodness sakes! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this app and greatly regret lifetime use I paid $50 for!!!

    Price is ridiculous. 8 dollars a week is disgustingly greedy for this app. They make you sign up for the free trial in hopes that you forget, then take 8 dollars a WEEK. Not a month, a week. There are better free alternatives

    Scam. Don’t pay any money. Contact is bogus. Cannot contact anyone. I’ve cancelled my subscription and been charged again and it’s twice the expected amount to begin with.

    Terrible, unhelpful. This asked about 5 questions to diagnose my plant, and it felt like the only possible diagnoses were overwatering, underwatering, too much sun, not enough sun, or too much nutrients (if you fertilize every 2 weeks like miracle grow suggests. So dumb.

    At Your Own Risk. Good luck canceling your subscription. It’s been 4 years since I downloaded this app and 3 years since I’ve used it. It’s been a nightmare to stop the reoccurring subscription. No refunds. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

    Couldn’t cancel like they said I could. I never intended getting other than basic Plantin like a friend used. Instead $7 weekly when 19.50 for a year subscription?? Cannot figure how to bow out. It literally wants to be my best friend . Definitely not what i thought i was sampling

    Untrustworthy. I took a picture of my very healthy petunias, I just didn't know I had to deadhead them and that it's natural for their flowers to die. It said "Your plant has a DISEASE❗️Pay now to see what it is." Just seems disingenuous.

    My plant died. I watering my plant as usual I found something was wrong with it when I was going on water the next day and then I use this app. It recommended me some advice and I did it. It died anyway. What a great when my plant dies.
