   Lousy support. I have been trying to get hold of their support as I have a free account yet I’m being charged $39.99 every month! Only way to contact them is by email, but that doesn’t really help if they don’t answer it. Beware.

   Basic and no customer service. This app has the most basic features and functionality and nothing more, I’ve had free apps do more. On top of that, there’s no customer service or anyone to contact for support. I cancelled my subscription and sent emails to the email address they have listed but no response and yet they tried to charge me still. Even after I notified my bank to deny their charges, they continued to make attempts to charge my account. Do not recommend at all!

   THIS APP IS A SCAM. I’ve downloaded this FREE app to help with my plants. There is no contact or support information AS they keep attempting to withdraw money from my bank card every few days appears to be a scambecause I can not get this cancelled. They are charging my card for different amounts!! Please STOP

   Stealing my money. I gave the .99 to sample this. Within an hour I sent emails to end my membership. All have gone unanswered. Now they charge me $39.99 a month without stopping. They say I bought it through Apple yet Apple has no record of it.

   Not worth your time. This app is definitely not worth your time. I’m honestly surprised it has a 5-star rating. Almost every plant issue seems to get the same answer: “needs less water.” The information it provides is very basic and doesn’t go much beyond what most people already know. To make matters worse, if you want to ask specific questions, you’re expected to pay an additional $20. Honestly, taking a photo of your plant and asking an AI assistant gives far better and more detailed answers than this app. The biggest disappointment is that if you decide to cancel, getting your money back appears to be nearly impossible. Save your time and your money.

   HORRIBLE COMPANY. I have canceled this subscription over a month ago, BUT yet you took $39.99 from my account and then again today 6/13/2026 your trying to take $39.99 from my account again! What is going on with this company because it’s incredible when someone cancels their subscription but you continue taking funds from their account and then there is NO way to contact customer support or to speak with anyone!! I want this app to be CANCELLED and if I don’t get refunded my money back into my account I will speak with an attorney next!!!

   Not reliable. It cannot identify any plant correctly. I’m pretty sure it can only identify sick plants. Don’t waste your time or money. That GPT is way more intelligent and accurate

    App installed without my permission. Misleading UI caused the app to instantly install as I was TRYING TO DELETE IT. Support is apparently buried layers deep to avoid easy deletion.

    Planty. I did not find the app helpful. I paid the .99$ for the “7 day free trial” i cancelled after 2 days and was still charged the $39.99. Contacted their customer service demanding a refund and no one has contacted me back.

    Scam. ⭐️ 1 Star If I could give zero, I would I paid $0.99 for a “week trial”, and apparently that was my first mistake. There is no way to cancel this thing. No phone number. No confirmation email. No instructions. Nothing. I even hunted down an email listed in the app and shocker no reply. So now I get to sit here knowing I’ll be auto‑enrolled into whatever mystery fees Planty decides to charge, and my bank can’t do a thing until they actually take the money. Love that for me. This whole setup feels like a trap disguised as a “trial.” If you enjoy guessing games, disappearing customer service, and surprise charges, this is the app for you. Otherwise, run.

    Not true.. This app is not free. If you add more than one plant you have to pay the premium. Totally false and deceptive only use if you have one plant in your garden.

    Frustrated. Want to love this app. But so frustrated. Every time I mark something as watered and exit the app, it pops up as needing to be watered again when I open the app. So I can’t use the app for the purpose I got it for to keep track of what’s watered. Also paid the $20 botanist fee which I thought was a one time thing for plant reviews but it’s $20 PER PLANT QUESTION. I just got my response and it’s wrong and doesn’t answer the question I have. Have emailed the support email but don’t get a response.

    Weekly charges, terrible app. Stopped using this app the first week I downloaded it. It charges WEEKLY, not monthly. If it wasn’t lumped into apple charges then I would have caught this garbage much sooner. Apple shouldnt let these scam artists on here.

    Do not get this App. I emailed yhis company three times to cancel my subscription and they have never gotten back to me. There is no way to cancel the subscription in the app. Terrible customer support!!!

    Constant SPAM payment requests... Every other page is some version of a sign up for payments. Mind-numbingly awful interface. Doesn’t do the only thing that it should do, which is to give you direction after taking a photo.

    Useless and takes your money. Tried the “plus” version. It wasn’t helpful at all. No way to cancel it so I shut down my account. The weekly payment of 6.99 persisted so I tried to contact them and they still haven’t gotten back to me after 2 months.

    Doesn’t Work - No Support, No Refund. This app completely failed to do what it claimed. It couldn’t correctly identify even basic plants. I deleted it within hours and asked Apple for a refund multiple times to which all were denied. The developer is impossible to reach. Their website’s support link doesn’t work, and they don’t respond on Instagram. There’s no accountability if the app doesn’t work, and no way to get help. Really disappointing experience. Don’t waste your money. Go with Planta instead.

    False advertising. This app is FREE TO DOWNLOAD. Then they want to charge you a subscription to use the app. Sad really, lots of people could actually benefit from an actual FREE version.
