   Cannot Access Plant ID. I bought this for a year. I have it until August 1, but I cannot open it up and use it for the next five months. Why am I paying for something that I can’t use just because I canceled the subscription for next August? If that’s the case, then this is a rip off!

   Trial morphs into an auto yearly trial/7 days. Here’s the thing: If someone is going to cancel, they are likely to cancel after the trial anyway. If instead, they actually like the trial, they will most definitely subscribe, as the yearly price IS fair. However, subscribing for us, with an automatic charge, instantly puts our guards up. It appears you mean to subscribe us whether we agree to it or not. We were very excited to try this app out this season. Sadly, we cannot. You do not trust us to subscribe AFTER the trial, so you must not have faith in the product you provide. Why should we? Well, If things should change, we will also change our review -and more importantly, our decision to subscribe for the year. 😅

   Barely alive plant identified as healthy.. Received a plant that all of a sudden is unhealthy and I was hoping to revive it with instructions from this app. Took requested three photos and results said the plant was healthy.

   Worthless. This app doesn’t know plants at all. The diagnoses were completely unhelpful and wrong. It gave the same recommendation for different plants . Do not buy.

    Hidden price, cancellation hidden. Very poor and hidden terms, 7 day free service then $29.99 per year before app used. Multiple attempts to cancel, app not found in subscriptions 30 minutes after installation. Avoid this app or be surprised with charges. Developer responded with poor answer, advising to cancel at least 24 hours before end of 7 day trial period, clearly not listening to concerns as Apple / the app offers no option to cancel a subscription that’s not located in apps.

    Cancel my subscription. This App is really not as described. Free 🤥🤥🤥, however not free, after seven days,they charge $$$ for an App that is not worth it! It shows quick fixes to help sickly plants with regular food items, like orange juice, sugar and milk etc. In fact, they recommended purchasing a store bought product to treat fungus, and viruses. Also recommended a process to help a pot bound plant that ended up killing my plant😡

    Waste of money. This app does not give any useful information and does not correctly identify many of the plants I’ve used it on. I have a curry plant that I tried to identify 3 times and it gives me a different name for it every time with none of them being correct.

    Not happy. Downloaded the app because it was free with in app purchases. The description in the App Store never said 7 day free trial and then it’s $30 a year. I wanted to play with AI, which I can do reasonably well with my photos. Deleted the app immediately. Tired of being tricked into subscriptions, especially this way.

    Using this program to identify plans. I want to know what a plant is when I go to identify it not what it might be like. Just identify the plant. This program is not useful.
