   Off-line field guide. After updates it keeps making me redownload off-line field guide. You only notice this while off-line. Making the app useless till you get service again. It has now happened 3x to me.

   Horrible app. Keep getting a "invalid field guide endpoint response" error when I want to download offline content. Why bother having this feature if it's never going to work? Deleting this app and my account. And they want a donation??? Seriously? They can't even get their app to work properly and they want a donation. Yeah, no.

   Erased years of data. I've been using this app for years with no trouble. I recently opened it and all my information was gone. Years of sightings except my locations was gone! I wrote tech support for help and got some nonsense, unhelpful answer that "yeah a glitch has been happening". DON'T TRUST THIS APP!

   What a joke. I see a dove I don’t know what kinda of dove it is so I try to identify it and this stupid app asks is it the size of a robin or a crow well it’s bigger the a robin but smaller then a crow

   Run away!!!. Had this app for years. Never used the tracking. I used this simply for identification. At one point some years ago, it quit working. Out of the blue it started working again. Now after years of having and using this app, it wants me to log in and agree to receive communications. Frankly, I’m deleting this app! There are better apps that won’t force tracking!

   LOST YRS OF DATA. I went to log into the app on my new phone. All of my other apps. Are there with all of the information collected except this one. I tried to retrieve my information with my login and it doesn’t even recognize my email address. More than 120 birds we’ve catalogued. I’m devastated. And there’s no easy way to get ahold of someone to help. :( :(

   Finally Dark Mode, but . . .. Pleased to finally see Dark Mode, yet half baked. Why am I being blinded by the splash screen? Settings has blinding banners. Why? Either do a complete Dark theme, or don’t. I had high hopes, but very disappointed. You almost nailed, yet dropped the ball.

    Do not download!. Don’t download this app. I was expecting it to record the sound of the bird. No. You have to say what it’s voice sounds like what it’s wing shape is. How am I supposed to know? It’s far away.

    Useless. If I enter "december" and "walking" - just those two pieces of information - it finds only one result: egyptian goose. Apparantly canada geese don't walk in december? Complete garbage.

    Useless. The filtering is terrible. I've tried to identify a bird that's completely black, and selecting size and color left me with several dozens colored birds, including northern cardinals. Not a single bird in the list of candidates was black.

    No blue!. I was surprised to find that, when telling the app what color the bird you’re trying to identify is, there is no blue color! I’m struggling trying to identify a bird that is blue all over, with a dark blue beak, and a light blue (almost pale turquoise!) under the wings. And no it’s not a bluebird!

    They kinda cleared us. I used to have all the Audubon apps and they where the best. The few that are still here are good but I don’t really need an owls app. So a few years ago they did away with some apps that we paid good money for just left us high and dry.. so for this reason I suggest you stay away from them.

    Doesn’t work well on IPhones. Great content, but interface is terrible on iPhones. Text entry on many fields does not work. When you touch a field, the keyboard does not pop up. As an example, when trying to create a sightings list, you can’t name the list. Happens throughout the app.

    Oh well. Just downloaded app. Went to add a sighting. Tried to add a different location nearby (who wants to broadcast home address?). No can do. App enters doom loop. Won't save location.

    Used to use it, then they changed it for the worst. This used to be a good app that I purchased, but now is one where you have to log and subscribe. Less user friendly and not that great. But the Sibley app instead.

    Version 6.6.5 not working. Just downloaded this app for the first time. Tried to register, but it wouldn’t except my password. Try to use the app without registering and it fails to find the bird I’m looking for.

    App does not work after most recent update.. White screen comes up with some random computer code when the app first opens, then the app no longer works. Also, very disappointed that an email/account is required to use the app now.

    Plz fix update. I would rate this app a 5 star, but this latest version is hard to navigate & won’t save my sightings submission. I hope to change this review to a 5 star when these issues get fixed.

    Broken notifications. I used to be able to set notifications for sightings of specific birds in my area but somehow it hasn’t worked. There’s been 2 updates since and have contacted their customer support prior but still nothing. The app doesn’t give me the option to turn on notifications and the app doesn’t show up in my notification settings. Spent hours trying to figure it out. It’s very frustrating as I want to like this app. Great when it worked.

    Require login for nothing.. It’s a digital bird guide. It never used to require login, and an update changed that. Delete it.

    Where is Hawaii. I love this app and would have given it a 5. However, we are currently In Hawaii. I took pictures of interesting birds and tried to look them up. There are NO listings for Hawaii. i’m very curious to know why.

    Pin- Tailed Whydah invasive species. This is not listed and this bird is invading our Southern California. I and a friend have had these birds in residence for 3-5 years. Plz UPDATE this application so we can track this bird’s breeding g before it ruins our ecosystem!

    Please fix the app. I love that I can track what birds I’ve seen. But the a lot of the sightings I’ve saved aren’t there. I’ve done the troubleshooting that the website says and emailed customer service. That was months ago and still no reply. Also you can only put in one picture per sighting. Please fix the app Update: new update came out for the app and it’s still messed up. The only reason I keep it is because I can’t find any other bird watching apps. Please fix the app

    Photo feed not working. I love this app so much and would pay plenty if I had to use it. But last couple months photo feed not updating and I can’t see my some 100 photos of birds I have taken myself. Can’t find anything official if photo feed will be fixed. And before you ask yes I’ve deleted and reloaded app multiple times
