   It’s glicthing. It’s not allowing me to enter the menu section at all even if I delete and reinstall the app

   Just Bad. I have use it for a month and just couldn’t work it out and when I went to cancel my subscription it wouldn’t let me so calling is the only option.

   Didn’t Work. Every time I try to finish my things to wear at the beginning it starts with my story and all that it just locked me out and I had to start all over again!

   Can't do anything. I've used this app before and it was great, had a lot of good tools and I enjoyed being able to organize everything so easily. I don't know what changed but now trying to do literally anything crashes the app.

   Unable to sign up. Was going great until I tried to sign up for the app, it kept crashing and would kick me out of the app whenever I tried to input my username!! Resetting my phone and re-downloading the app did not work!! (Ps: I tried multiple usernames with and without special characters and/or numbers, app crashed fastest whenever I tried a username without any special letters or numbers)

   Can't sign up. I wrote everything with all my hard work, but every time I try and sign up it crashes and restarts me.

    It keeps kicking me off. Bro I’m not trying to diss your app or anything, it’s just that I quite literally can’t freaking do anything without it kicking me off. It’s annoying. I can’t get logged in because as soon as I click on those three lines it boots me off. And before you tell me to uninstall it and reinstall, I’ve tried that. Multiple times. It didn’t work. I’ve had this app before and it worked no problem. I don’t know what the deal is this time, but I would really like to fix it because this was genuinely one of my fav apps.

    Crashing. Hi! I’ve heard good things about this app and tried to check it out but every time I try to put in my email to make an account it crashes, it won’t let me make one at all :(

    Can’t get into app as a new user. I can’t get into the app, I’m stuck on the starting page that it shows for new users, and I can’t get out of it.

    Can’t continue. I downloaded the app after recommendation but I can’t even open it after the welcome screen. I’m not sure if it’s because the lizard is in the way but the Lets go! Button is completely unclickable. I’ve deleted the app several times and even restarted my phone. All of my other apps work. I’m wondering if this is a bug?

    Can't get past the very first screen at all. The first screen that says "let's go" is all I can access. nothing moves and nothing is clickable. I have closed and reopened the app, waited, etc. completely unusable.

    when I open the app, it’s not letting me see anything other than the home screen and let’s go on. It’s not letting me see anything other than let’s go on and it won’t let me click it and it’s just frozen

    Not good for first time use. This isn’t so much of a criticism on the app as a whole however when I first downloaded it I was excited since there were so many features and I was developing my character on the character section. I truly did pour a lot of heart into my character’s backstory and had written at least two hours worth of writing. I got sidetracked on a different app, expecting it to automatically save however I came back to the app without closing it and three whole hours were gone. I desperately tried to look for my saved progress however there was nothing but the name of the file. I this immediately left me disappointed and I left me not wanting to view the rest of the apps features.

    Languages were removed after update. Really enjoyed this app, especially the organization, and after the update it got even better with more customized features and options. BUT, the hours of work I put in for my “languages” tab was for nothing! I had Latin, Greek, Aramaic, Hebrew, and Old English sections that I had been working on for 6+ months. I had tons of words and their meanings and translations. All of it got erased after the latest update and it really destroyed me. It made me not trust that my files and notes or anything put into this app could be kept safe. Yes I tried reaching out to the app’s developers to get help on restoring lost files, but every time I tried to email them, it said their email didn’t exist. I don’t know if they’ll read this either but if they do, I want my dang languages back! So if anyone is thinking about using this app for their story, which is what I was using it for, maybe try another app that’s more dedicated to keeping your information safe on their app.

    Lost Projects. I was working on two projects using this app and I opened it this morning to find both of them completely gone with no way of getting my notes back. I’m lucky I had a google doc full of all my stuff. I hope they fix this for other users, but I’m done with it. I don’t want an app that deletes hard work.

    My novel vanished.. I had a novel I was writing on here and it randomly disappeared and I can’t get it back. I didn’t delete it. It’s like it just vanished. So much of my hard work gone forever. 😠

    Awful App- Do Not Download. I literally had three different stories on this app and I came back on today and all of them were deleted because of the new update. I don’t even know what happened to them. They’re just gone. This is completely crazy that they just disappeared like that with no warning. I would hate for this to happen for someone actually developing a serious book project. Those projects were very important to me and I think it’s really awful that they were deleted without my knowledge.

    new update erased my data. it also made all of the ui unnecessarily complicated, and removed the ability to delete certain tools, when it was a feature in previous versions.

    No Way to Cancel. Scam of an app. You start a subscription and then the cancellation button magically doesn’t work. Write to the team to cancel and they never answer. Avoid at all costs

    Offline not available. There is no offline mode that works with this app. It’s online only for anything to be saved. You’re better off trying another app. Even if it was possible, it’s not explained. The description should be clear that it is used online only. I believe I wasted time trying to get it to work. I found a better app that can work both offline and online making it easier to do work when there’s no internet.
