   iOS 26 app isn’t working. Since the update of iOS 16 and above, the app isn’t working, and it’s been a while. It seems that there are no updates for the app to fix the issues, so I don’t know what’s going on. Someone fix your app.

   Awful!!. Awful company. I tried it to see if I liked it given it said three day free trial. Immediately charged me $149.99 plus tax and declined my request for a refund. This company and app is a total scam and you need to RUN!! They steal your money. Horrendous! Edit: I have followed up 8 times. No resolution. Still out my money. Is this how you do business , you tell me what to email and do but then tell me you can’t do a refund that Apple needs to do it yet Apple says you keep declining my refund . So I’m stuck. Please assist.

   Dishonest as the day is long.. RUN RUN RUN… please read entire review!!!! Don’t trust their ‘free’ preview because they charge you as soon as you sign up and don’t wait for the preview period to lapse. I cancelled within 2 days because the app didn’t meet my needs. When I got my credit card bill I was surprised to see I was charged the very first day, not after any free trial. I messaged them to dispute the charge and sent screenshots of the charge and received NO RESPONSE. Their auto mated reply said I should receive a response within 3 business days. I patiently waited heard nothing, charge hadn’t been refunded, at the 30 day mark I filed a dispute with my credit card and about 10 days later I finally got a response asking me to withdraw my dispute and offering me a free year. Why would I cancel my dispute? Just refund my money and a dispute would never have been filed. Update: Yes they finally refunded after disputing with my credit card BUT HERE WE ARE IN FEBRUARY AND THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. I cannot express my disappointment at this company’s lack of integrity.

   They won’t let me cancel. I have followed the instructions exactly to the App Store application and and look at my subscriptions and paragraph AI isn’t even there but yet they’re still charging me. I want to cancel and I can’t get a hold of anybody.

   Used to work, now doesn’t at all. I used this app all the time as a realtor. I’m talking almost daily. Now the app doesn’t even work, when I type something in for it to rewrite for me, it just keeps loading and loading and loading. I’ve updated the app, restarted my phone, exited out of the app etc. The app just clearly doesn’t work any more! Such a shame! This was such a good app! I told every one about it in meetings etc.

   Don’t waste your money like i did. Only works half of the time. I paid for premium and the app is so buggy. I tried to get support via their website and it’s also down half of the time. So frustrating!

    Expensive, clunky, no faster or better than free options. I was hoping for a keyboard that would quickly learn and adapt to jargon and acronyms I use. Swing and a miss with this one.

    Glitch and tried to debt a second payment. I subscribed to the $24.99/mth option and within 2 days the app stopped working and asked for another payment. I submitted a ticket to the company and they have refused to answer or fix the issue. It’s been 10 days and I haven’t received a refund or response from the company.

    From 20 to 5?. Due to not having enough money for premium, I was completely fine with having twenty per-use on this app as a free user. But now all of a sudden, I come onto this app and it now says I can only use five per-use?

    Save Your Money and Time - Abysmal Support!. I regretfully purchased the annual subscription for Paragraph AI, having been lured in by their enticing features and promises. However, the experience so far has been nothing short of a nightmare. After paying a hefty sum of $160 for the annual subscription, I was appalled to find that the app continuously prompts me to upgrade and verify my email, despite having already done both! I have been patient and attempted to resolve this issue through multiple channels, but the result has been an infuriating exercise in futility. In a desperate attempt to get assistance, I've emailed their support team and even reached out to their CEO (twice!). I didn't stop there - I sent them messages on Instagram too, hoping that someone, anyone, would come to my aid. But alas, it has been over a week now, and I have yet to hear so much as a peep from their end. The complete lack of response and support from Paragraph AI is an absolute travesty, especially given the price I paid for this service. I'm left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and quite frankly, ripped off. So, if you're considering investing in Paragraph AI, think twice. Unless you want to throw your money at an app with a non-existent support system, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. You'll save yourself time, money, and a world of frustration. 1/5 stars.

    Ransomware. The app claims to be targeted at students and asks for $25 a month for something that costs a minor fraction of the amount of you use open AI. It makes a lot of false claims and should be sued for misinformation. The developer doesn’t respond to emails. It’s a ponzi app and should be avoided unless you have money throw.

    Wow. I purchased the premium version on February 27, and I’ve been trying to open the app ever since but every time it prompts me to upgrade again, I am already signed in with my email, and both the phone and laptop version do not recognize me as a premium customer. I am pretty frustrated with this and would like a refund at this point!

    Customer service is non responsive.. I recently purchased a premium yearly subscription for a program for $150, and after doing so, my subscription was removed from my account. I have contacted AI customer service three times regarding this issue, but have yet to receive any remedy. It is clear that AI customer service is non-existent, and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a subscription from them.

    Crashing. Initially I could not get my email verification link to work (showed expired). I emailed customer service and they were very helpful and verified it on their back end. Now, the app continues to force quit any time I press Account or Write. So I can not use the app. I have emailed customer service back and have not had anyone respond this time. I have downloaded the most recent version of the app, updated my iOS to the most recent version, and reset my phone multiple times.

    Crashes. Whenever I press “write”, “account”, or “done”, the app immediately crashes without fail. I’ve tried everything to get it working again to no avail. Great app, but being locked out of it forever definitely lowers my opinion of it.
