   Pay wall - B.S.. Amazing and wonderful app - for anything excel could do. Anything else is stuck behind a ridiculous pay wall. Saying “hey siri” or google/alexa (pay wall) A widget to help add it - pay wall Seems like app is set up just enough to be helpful and inconvenient, to pressure you into subscription.

   Buggy AF. A nice handful of features consistently fail to the point of me being frustrated that I any any money into this app. Widgets won’t update - especially if using this with my partner, which most of us are, I can’t track my baby’s weight, the nav bar goes missing, the app hangs, I have breast feeding turned off but tapping the bottle feed live activity loves to send me to the breast feeding page, going back to log a bottle the previous day (when it’s 12:01AM) upsets the app and I need to the day:hr:mn all over again. All permissions given iPhone 17 Pro. Embarrassing experience.

   Sleep schedule functionality doesn’t work. Not sure if I just have a glitchy app since everyone seems to love this, but the SweetSpot functionality is completely inaccurate for us (recommending more naps than it says it is, making mistakes in timing)

   Worst app ever?. I have no idea how this app has 4.9 stars. Unless you pay for the subscription, the app is a very basic tracker with a couple different views. The thing is, the tracking doesn’t even work. Add a new event and hit Save — nothing happens… every single time. This happens for both me and my partner on newer iPhones. We’ve submitted feedback numerous times and the issue still persists. It’s gotten to the point where we’ve just decided to switch back to pen and paper tracking, as it’s easier and far more reliable than this app.

    Scam. Don’t be fooled by cute graphics and misleading pictures. This app is just excel spreadsheet with a few CSS styling effects. You do all the work of documenting and tracking everything. They likely then sell that information that you provide to 3rd party marketers based on your own behavior. So in short they charge you $119 so you can use NOTES (a free app you already have access to) and then they likely make more off of you by selling your information. Do yourselves and your children a favor and don’t buy this, just use Notes if you want a tracker and spend the rest on your little one that actually matters.

    Glitchy and unreliable. Has glitches all of the time. The newest glitch is that it won’t let you log sleep in the am hours. No matter how many times we uninstall and reinstall the app it won’t fix. Previous glitches were not allowing you to pick the weight to track this.

    Don’t pay for a subscription! It’s a scam!. They purposely make your account glitch when you pay for a subscription, making the app unusable because nothing saves. You pay for the subscription thinking you’re upgrading when in fact the free version works better! After upgrading to the paid version I was having issues with the app saving my logs. I’d save a diaper change or start a nursing timer and when I went back it would disappear. Didn’t save anything! This was especially frustrating when I’d document multiple nursings throughout the night from my watch and the next day they’d all be gone so I had no record of the times or lengths I nursed through the night. I went to customer service with my concerns and instead of fixing the issues I was having, they cancelled my subscription and downgraded me back to the free version! What kind of business does this?! SCAM.

    Glitch in growth log. There is a glitch in my growth log where the option to input / update pounds has disappeared and it will only let me log my baby as 8 pounds X ounces.

    Installed, but does not load for use... Downloaded this app for tracking feedings and sleeping schedule for my son and I literally can not open passed the Huckleberry main screen. (Navy blue background with huckleberry logo.) I have deleted the app and reinstalled, for it to still not work. A little frustrating.

    Great for newborns, not older babies. Huckleberry worked great for us during the newborn stage, but as my baby got older, it became much less useful. The biggest problem is that the app does not handle real life schedule changes well. If my child wakes up at 9:00–10:00 AM, takes a long nap, or simply needs more time to fall asleep for naps, the app keeps pushing the day later and later. Even though I set my child’s profile for an 8:30 AM wake time and 8:00 PM bedtime, it will sometimes suggest a bedtime as late as 11:00 PM or midnight. For an 11 month old, that is just not realistic. That makes the custom sleep profile feel pointless. Why offer parents the option to set preferred wake and bedtime targets if the app rarely keeps the schedule aligned with them? Another major flaw is the lack of a proper way to log when a child is sick or hospitalized. I was told to enter it as a note, but notes are buried and not easy to spot in the “Day” report unless you know exactly where to click. Health-related events should be clearly visible and easy to track.

    Declining App. I’ve used this app for over 2 years but I had to get rid of it. It’s just been declining rapidly performance wise and it’s straight up not usable anymore.

    Tracking nightmare. I don’t leave reviews but as a first time mom I feel like it’s important not to download this app. I became obsessed with tracking everything. That when it was not marked in the app I got severe anxiety about what was missing whether it was a diaper. Bottle or nap. A year and a mother later I’m finally able to delete this app and I couldn’t be happier to say good riddance. I hope others find this app resourceful and hope it does not impact them as it has impacted me. If you’re a new mom I wouldn’t recommend.

    Widgets never work. I absolutely hate this app I have no clue how it has so many good reviews. If you pay for it the widgets NEVER work so what’s the point of me even doing that. Live on the lock screen never works. I will never recommend this to anyone.

    Great when it works and rough when it doesn’t. My wife and I paid for premium and loved the features they just get picky and will quit working out of nowhere and not consistent. Sometimes it’s great and other times I just have to make sure to keep the app open and if we paid for it would be really nice to be able to use them.

    new change. i hate that we can’t change the order of the options on the home page. since i don’t like them the way huckleberry selects them i just would keep certain ones like sleep not on the page but would still use the feature. they update it last night and now i cant log it unless its selected on the homepage. this has been the only good app and now i dont even want to use it.

    Can’t share with spouse? Makes it practically useless. This app is so poorly made it’s crazy. Signing up with an email was completely broken for me - it only worked with Apple Oauth. But when you do that you can’t sign in on a spouse’s phone too - and apparently that is the ONLY way to share the data (I had to find that out in the FAQ). Fix the account signup and implement proper “household” sharing functionality. I’m switching to Baby Tracker instead!

    Sick of subscriptions. $15/month is CRAZY just to have to live tracking. Im so sick of every app hiding necessary features behind subscriptions.

    Glitches. Has not been saving sleep or wake times. We just bought the app and already having software issues. We would like a complete refund. What is the point of tracking baby’s sleep if the tracker doesn’t work. Pointless.
