   Impossible to Manage Sync with Apple Health. For some reason the app will not sync my BP readings with Apple Health App even though all settings are set to read and write data back and forth between Hello Heart and Apple Health.

   Temporary app. App only worked for a year as part of a program with an insurance company. So no more tracking.

   Abrupt changes in font sizes made it unusable on my IPhone 12. 3 years worth of data lost because one a couple weeks ago I opened app and fonts were twice the size. No other apps on phone affected, rebooted phone several times but no change. Reloaded new from App Store and it was the same.

   Wrong readings. BP is always 20-30 points higher on this machine than the other machines I own. UPDATE: I contacted support and got a sales pitch and unrealistic suggestions instead of help. I want a solution to the issue.

    Does not work. Update the app and it doesn’t work. Will not open so I can connect my monitor. The monitor will not do reading if the app doesn’t open.

    Insane companies pay for this. Insane highly price for the same blood pressure cuff you can get at Walmart for under $100. There are also dozens of other apps on the App Store that do the same thing for free or much cheaper than the $90/month price tag they charge

    Connection iffy. The app is troublesome. I would show a Bluetooth connection but the app and the machine wouldn’t communicate. Not worth the hassle

    Machine doesn’t work if you leave that job. At first I thought this was a great idea. Then I realized the app and machine only work if you work at the job that gave it to you. So now that I’ve left and work another job, it’s useless.

    Dubious device and pitiful app. I got one of these Hello Heart sphygmomanometers in the mail (insurance thing) and wasn’t sure about its accuracy from day 1. Still not sure. As to the app, it really only stores the reading (monitor and phone must both be present; no storage of recent readings on the monitor). It also gives useless insights (“Your BP is a little up today” even when it and your trends both go down. It’s very good at data mining, asking constantly for other medical data and your meds. All of this is covered much better in Apple Health.

    Remove the vibrating feature. The vibration after enter info is stupid. Need to add a setting to turn it off.

    Health data= deleted. You might think that using this app for years and saving your health data and records in the app would afford you the ability to view those records at a later time, but that’s not the case. If you change employers, you will loose access to all aspects of app and all data saved in the app. This is unlike any other health/benefits app I’ve used and I’m very disappointed in this business model.

    Too many steps!. I used to be able to go directly to a function such as blood pressure. With the latest version a menu pops up directing me to make the same selection again! Frustrating.

    Not reading correctly. Was very excited to get this free BP monitor free through my insurance especially because I needed a new one. But it has been giving me in accurate readings and I had to go back to my old one.

    Overload. This was supposed to be about my BP and yet you want every aspect of our life! Doctors and labs and EVERYTHING! I am happy to share my BP and even my meds but it would take hours to add the other things you want! Will not do anymore! This was very misleading! I already took my BP every day the past almost 2 years and I do not need this added MESS! You were not transparent about this at all! This time s an old review that apparently never posted. Still feel the same. Too many questions! Too many useless suggestions. Will probably stop and delete this app.

    Features removed. Starting to used my bd machine again just to find out that with a recent app update. Some features have been removed. Before, you had the ability to link your blood work results (cholesterol, etc) electronically from the lab. Now, there is nowhere to link that info and it has to be done manually. It feels like a step backwards

    Can’t use unless you order a monitor?. I already have a monitor and don’t need a new one. App won’t let you pass the “order a monitor” screen. I don’t need two monitors… please fix. If I go through Castlight app, I’m able to get past the “order a monitor” screen, but link to sync to apple health doesn’t work. Most of the app is inaccessible. Waste…

    Poor BP evaluations. After a reading of 85/59 it shows a button asking “Is my blood pressure too high?” Clicking on it shows “Relax, you’re doing great!” and show my value being securely in the middle of normal. I wouldn’t call hypotension normal.

    Got it free and it was worth exactly what I paid for it. The measurements were consistently 30 points and 15 points higher on the systole and diastole consistently as compared to my doctor (2 readings ) and my Omron BP cuff. I totally don’t trust this system and will be throwing out the hardware.

    Too much information gathering. Why do you want to access my resume and geolocation? I thought this was a blood pressure app! Will be deleting the app and letting my employer benefits know.
