   App is not working. This app is terrible, not pairing up with the device, it doesn’t do anything. I tried all kinds of different ways, keeps saying there’s no data, there’s no device, make sure your Bluetooth is on, etc. 🫩

   Really should not have all sharing features under premium pay level. I’m here because Qardio screwed us all and I’m trying to find an easy way to collect QardioArm and QardioBase data in my Apple Health app. Even though I saw reference to MedM Health being able to synch with QardioBase, I haven’t found the magic key yet so that’s a brick regarding synching data (can still do it manually). The QardioAm measurement works well in the MedM Health environment, but I have to load my measurements by hand in Apple Health unless I purchase the Premium level. I know it’s not all MedM Heath’s fault, but just feeling a little screwed by the health tech industry. I’m now on fixed income and all the membership payments everywhere are adding up to absurd levels. I just want to easily track my health data for gawdz sake. Old Boomer Rant over.

   The Old Bait & Switch. After thorough research, I settled on their BP machine solely because it is Apple Health compatible. About 3 weeks in, they moved Apple Health to a premium feature. Without that feature, it becomes a basic BP monitor. Most apps grandfather previously purchased app features in. Could have grandfathered us in; hold true to your end of the deal. I don’t even take my blood pressure regularly because looking at the machine fills me with so much resentment. . . Next, I speculate displaying the actual measurements will be a premium feature too.

   Won’t update. It worked the first day and now it won’t sync. I need it for my husband’s doctor to review and the dang thing doesn’t even record the data. Waste of money for the premium.

   App does not function. This app would not sync with my device. Then I was told my device was in the process of being added. Then multiple problems recording test results. I would not recommend this app for recording any medical information.

    Rip of never buying I proven device ever again. The app we’re forced to use with this is friggin rip off. They want to charge premium feature prices just to sync it with Apple health, which is on the same phone ridiculous.

    Have to pay to export pdf. It a shame you have to pay to send a pdf file you shouldn’t have to pay for that it does not enter info from the other health application on your phone

    Must have subscription for apple health?. Bought my blood pressure monitor for the purpose of syncing it with my apple health. Didn’t mind if I had to go though this app. Now you have to have a premium subscription for that setting to work. Disappointing and stupid…. Deleting the app. I will have to input my data manually.

    Bad Policy (Bait and Switch). I got free access to this app via my Blood Pressure Machine iProven BPM-617 and used it fine for sometime. iProven came out with a new model and all of a sudden the sync with Apple Health stop working without me having to purchase the Premium subscription from MedM. This was one of the primary reasons I purchased the BPM and iProven support says, “iProven partnered with MedM Health so that our customers won't have to pay if they would like to connect it to either Apple Health or Google Health Connect apps.” yet they are asking for $100 to get access now. You have been warned!!!

    Defects in MedM App 1 star at most. Since latest update the program runs exceptionally S L O W L Y . The input screen doesn’t scroll for MINUTES at a time and then it scrolls sporadically jerking along. Today the program would not sync: started at 08:00 it is now20:52 and it still did not finish. Very disappointing performance.

    Taking Sync Away, Making Me Pay. 0 Stars. I had everything being synced and thats why I bought this in the first place. Subscriptions and Lifetime plans (That sometimes do not even last the lifetime of the product) and ruining consumer experience.

    Rip off. Why do I have to pay to sync data with other apps? If I knew this there is no way I would buy the iproven blood pressure monitor. What a rip off. I hope I can find a better solution.

    Work in progress. Annoyances include no way to automatically reset time from either APP or on the device itself without pulling batteries to reset. When I accidentally reinstalled I lost all my previous BP reading for past year. Inexcuseable

    BEWARE. You cannot do much of anything with this app and associated monitors without PAYING EXTRA for a subscription. If I could send it back, I would, but I “paid” for this via an employer health benefit program. I refuse to pay a subscription for Bluetooth connectivity. That renders my monitor virtually useless and this app as well.

    Use to sync with iOS, now they charge for the functionality. I have had this app for over one year. It use to sync with iOS, now they charge for the functionality. Boo!

    Doesn’t save profiles or measurements. I have tried over the past few days to use this with an Oxiline BP machine, which I recognized device and it only saves one reading. Next time I try to use it, everything is wiped (including all settings). I guess this is one of those times the free trial was really the right move because there’s no way this is worth paying for.
