   No option to update email. This app sucks for one reason. My emails was hacked and I can’t update to my new email address

   Garbage, glitchy app. This app is literal trash. It freezes CONSTANTLY so that you can’t scroll down and it literally will not reset unless you close out. And it ain’t a rare occurrence, it is every single time I use the app. I don’t know how someone can create something this bad, y’all should be embarrassed.

   Always a problem. There is never not a problem with pos. It always crashes or logs you out or can’t load any information.

   Terrible update. The last update made this app horrible. It does not stay logged in and my settings were changed. I attend several classes each week and refer to the app almost daily. It is infuriating to have to log in every single time. I am going to recommend that my gym to leave this app.

   Don’t do it!. This is the worst CRM I have ever used (I’ve been in the industry for 20+years).When you try to review them on Google’, you can’t because of how they technically set up their company. Therefore more people get sucked in to their service with no repercussions. This is a terrible company. Their reports don’t work or make sense. They have terrible customer service to help you with there terrible reports and I can only complain as much at the text limit allows me too on third party websites if I’m allowed too. Even when you go to the FAQ, it doesn’t even show up to date screen shots of what the system looks like. Go elsewhere and tell your friends to stay away.

   Application Error. Unfortunately, my gym uses this app. I’ve been going to this gym for years and have to login to this app to reserve my spot in class. Over the hundreds, maybe even a thousand, times I’ve opened this app, there has always been an error. “Whoops! Something went wrong” is something you should just get used to seeing. Obviously something is wrong with the code, but throughout the app updates they’ve never been able to fix it. Super buggy. Find another app, if you’re a gym owner. This app is slow and rarely works as intended—unless you’re super patient and have the time to close and reopen multiple times.

    Borderline unusable. This app is so slow and gets stuck all the time. I have to restart it all the time. Really annoying. Even just returning to the previous page loads everything from scratch which takes ages. Ever heard of caching?

    Lacking. I fill like this App is extremely buggy, tells me an error scheduling classes and then has actually booked it when it appears there was an error. Also won’t sync classes to my calendar.

    Multiple Accounts. I’ve got an account with a business I’ve never subscribed to that is now the only account Zen Planner recognizes, so I can’t log in to the account I need to use.

    Terribly built app. I’ve used this app for quite some time with my gym and I have to say it’s probably one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. Almost daily I have to force quit the app because it just gives me a blank screen. The navigation is slow and unintuitive. And the visual language is nonexistent.

    Another issue. In addition to my previous review, now the calendar won’t work. I can’t skip back to previous workouts using the calendar feature and have to instead hit the back arrow repeatedly. Super annoying. And the scrolling issue I mentioned before that you say is being worked on has been an issue for YEARS and has not been fixed. And it’s STILL kicking people off of the “overall” leaderboard. There hasn’t been an update in almost a year. If it were up to me, I’d use a different app. SugarWOD is sooo much better, but my gym won’t invest in it.
