   Review. The app has its own idea of what I should say. I gave a low score because yesterday it was unable to accept my signature. The app is also stuck in label mode a lot. I don’t see your app making the cut. Whenever someone decides to improve on this type of app and hire someone no matter what their age is will be successful.

   Pre trip. The app turns off all the time and you have to restart it many pictures I could taken one so you can see the truck to make sure there is no damage but you have to take two photos of each point side and the front and back of the vehicle before you can submit it

   Awful app that barely works!. No sign in via TouchID, no sign in via FaceID, can’t remember password, hides password as you type so you can’t tell if you made a mistake typing it in. That’s the killer, you have to use a complex password and manually enter it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

   Terrible app don’t get it is not worth downloading. I got the app and it didn't let me make an account so yeah you have to use your google account for it so they have access to your information.

   Can’t get in or get support. Download the app that my employer wants to use. Open app. No new user option so I select forgot password. Next window I click in the box to type keypad comes up I enter email and I have no way to get rid of keypad or scroll down to the button to submit. I go to the app and look for help, chat don’t work and options are for the desk Hokies that want to micro manage the employees.

   Trash. Forced to use this app for several months now. The people running the program clearly don’t know anything about what they’re doing. For example: no matter how many times you inspect the same vehicle old issues keep reappearing and you have to confirm the resolution every single time. As.a former IT professional, I know exactly what they’re doing wrong, and it amazes me that they keep doing the same stupid mistakes over and over. If I wasn’t forced to use this application, I would never use it again.

   Submitting Error. Will not let me submit inspection. I have uninstalled then installed, updated both phone and app, and it still won’t let me submit!

    Fleetio is just the worst. Most of the shops on the apps directory won’t accept Fleetio as apparently they have failed to pay their bills to certain shops. Definitely a shady company

    Hard to use.. This app is the worst I’ve seen in 34 years as a Factory Trained mechanic. Mobile version different from desktop as to adding parts unless a database is created. Just a bunch of videos to watch and attempt to use. Don’t recommend this app.

    Login issues. I downloaded the app to see if it will serve my intended purpose. I tried to login using Google and it gave me an error message Error message code HTTP 4000

    Garbage. Waited at the the shop for over an hour to get these idiots to approve the oil change. Because of this the shop and other customers had to wait as well. Pure garbage, not impressed at all.

    Worst ever. This is by far the worst pre-trip app I’ve ever used. It’s extremely time consuming and difficult to use. Doesn’t work if you don’t have cell service too. The stupid app doesn’t even work right, if you’re looking in the instructions during a pre/post trip, most of the screens are blacked out or blank. Anyone paying for this piece of junk app needs to be fired. Big road is beats this app hands down. Whoever designed this app probably never drove truck before too. Worst app ever.

    Terrible Customer Service. The app is hard to use. I can’t just talk to someone on the phone to help me out. I have to talk to a robot on the internet. And I don’t feel that I would like to renew my subscription.

    Absolutely not ready for prime time. Where do I begin, this app is so beta that it’s truly a frustrating waste of time trying to get it to function as it’s supposed to. My first experience was on android and I couldn’t even get it to begin trip tracking on that device. I then installed this iOS version and did get it to grudgingly begin tracking my relevant trips, not that it’s been easy in any way. It routinely refuses to launch its home screen and the only way I have found to get it to resume “functioning “ is to delete and reinstall. Absurd that something tasked with such a rudimentary functionality is so poorly wrought. I only endure it because one of my gig economy “jobs” requires it, otherwise I would uninstall it and go on my way.

    Works just fine for me..... Not sure on why all the 1 start ratings but I have used Fleetio for over 2 years now and it is hands down the #1 Fleet Management Software I have used, period. Works on all devices, we have had no bugs or sync issues, and the reporting capabilities are awesome. We track everything on our vehicles. Please make sure you know how to use the product before you throw in the towel and give these guys a bad rating. Some of the 1 star comments actually reveal the ‘level’ of user. Maybe you should just stick to your spreadsheets in excel.

    App is buggy. I drive almost daily, and it logs about 1/3 of my trips. Also, the app will close by itself and takes minutes to open..never saw anything like it!

    Phone usage. The app detects phone movement, while driving , not usage . If you literally move your phone or grab it , it will be considered phone usage. Does not detect phone calls texting or data usage at all .

    Crap. Sometimes the app doesn’t even pick up my trips. A lot of trips i have the excessive speeding, so what am i supposed to be driving 20 mph on Roosevelt boulevard in Philadelphia and henry avenue? I’d cause an accident driving that slow on those roads in Philadelphia. The app drains my battery, and then it picks up trips where I’m not even driving.

    App just doesn’t work. I signed up for a free trial, turned on trip tracking. Drove over 30 miles away and it never logged a trip. The app is buggy and completely not functional. Glad I didn’t pay for this thing. Not sure how a 30 mile trip doesn’t create a new trip automatically. It just shows 0 trips and I can’t see anyone in the live data screen from the web management interface... again, this doesn’t do any type of tracking at all. Don’t buy!

    Disabled by itself. Very disappointed to find out that the app had disabled all along I have been driving for carvertise thinking that Myles were being tracked. Auger finding out yesterday that this had happened this morning I decided to check the app and sure enough it wasn’t working, I deleted it and reinstalled only to see that indeed it had disable again. I just lost my revenue because of your ap not working properly! Very disappointing!

    Deception. Thought I would try out this app. No where was there a free trail only when I down loaded it. Then I got email stating about a free trail and Fleetio- go wanted to have a phone call with me. I don't have time for sell pitches and deception. I deleted the app from my phone.
