   Not PEBCAK but Developer ID 10 T. What an utterly catastrophic fail. First download refused to open past the BT requested. Deleted and reinstalled. Got past the BT and new features cards to a blank home page and refused to move on from there to anywhere else. Look, Leslie’s, like all pool shops, are rip-off merchants (I get my stuff other than liquid chlorine online of from Home Depot for far less cost) but when they’re app doesn’t even work… seriously? IOS 26, iPhone 14…

   App no longer works after 10.0 update. After updating to 10.0 my ability to test water with the at home accublue has been removed. There is a constant error message. Will be calling Leslie’s since this is something I shouldn’t be charged for…

   Please fix your checkout. For the love of everything good and holy, please fix your checkout out bugs in this app. This is twice I’ve tried to order something using my gift card balance and also use my credit card for the remaining balance. It will charge my card, but it never executes the order as complete and ready for pick up/ or delivery. It also doesn’t debit the gift card balance. It’s like it never happened. This is infuriating and I find it MUCH easier to simply order from Amazon.

   Takes Money without Processing. Think twice before trying to order through Apple Pay, it took $320 for equipment and took the money without processing the order. Customer service doesn’t see a problem with this and says I need to submit another order. You expect consumers to have confidence in submitting another order when the last one took my money? Poor customer care. Wasted money and time.

   Slow low app that crashes. This is by far the slowest app I have ever used, it takes forever to open, forever to use, and is unavailable at sporadic times. It doesn’t make any sense why it is so slow compared to any other app. I tried to test my pool early this morning, which was critical before I went to work for the kids to use, and then my pulse section is just not working, horrible, horrible app recommend using a different company.

   STILL WAITING ON POOL…. We ordered a pool and it said it would arrive the 18 , it was the 10th . THEN a day before it was SUPPOSED to come it got delayed . It didn’t say anything else . We texted to agent there and they said to wait for an update from someone else who can provide higher support . There’s been NOTHING . We’re waiting more than a week it’s been at least 10 day . It will probably be more . It’s the 20th .Definitely not the service I want . I’m very dissatisfied

   Password reset doesn’t support password managers. I’m unable to access the app because I can get into my account due to the password reset flow not allowing password managers. Paste and other autofill is disabled.

    Apps do not work inside Leslie’s store. Leslie’s apps do not work at all inside their store. My account and the store has lost connections for a long time now. They called their IT but still a huge problem. Not sure when will this be fixed!

    App crashes. Won’t run tests. Ever since a recent update, my app will start the test and when it gets to 100%, the app crashes. It will not run on my Android or my iPhone!! Fix the app!! Or send me a new device! Haven’t been able to test for months now!! Yet they bill me monthly still!!! Disgraceful!

    Basic functionality doesn’t work. The app wants access to bluetooth, speech, and location. I say no to all because I just want to read my in store test results. The app won’t work at all - just keeps erroring out. Sorry I’m not granting access to things it doesn’t need just to shop or view results.

    Buggy and slow. I’m really surprised by the high ratings for this app. It’s very slow and I frequently have to force close it to restore functionality. I like the accublue water testing, but that app leaves much to be desired

    Water Test Doesn’t Work. After updating the app, I am no longer able to test the water with the Accu Blue. When I try to add device, it says “success”, but the device is never actually added.

    Crashes on water test. For over a month now, every single time I try to run a water test using the accublue home, the app crashes right when the test completes but before it shows the results and they’re not saved when I reopen the app. Doesn’t even display for a second where I could maybe screenshot the results. Has made the app useless and I’ve wasted at least 4 test disks.

    App won’t connect to Accublue; frequent crashes. Today Leslie pool app forced me to update it. After updating the app it no longer connects to my accublue home. I click add new device and then it successfully connects. But then when I click on Test Water it crashes. I have re-started the phone several times. Re-added the accublue device. Nothing works. Can’t do an at-home water test.

    Error…Oops, something went wrong. Been receiving this error message for a week now everyone I try to view and save treatment plan. Accublue home is pushing the results to the app but there is no way to see the treatment plan. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, deleted and reloaded my pool details, manually entered test results, none of which resolved the issue. Help please!!!!

    Server error. Tried to log off delete app reinstall and login. Still getting server error when I like to shop. Let’s me test the pool water but I can’t buy supplies via iPhone app. Boo!

    Became buggy after last update. At this time my AccuBlue will not download data as the Leslie’s pool app is very slow, buggy and crashes before data tranfers from tester to app. Hope this gets fixed quickly because if not will have to cancel my membership.
