   Do not use this app to contact seller, spam galore. CarGurus app is scummy, I mistakenly contacted a seller through the app and now keep getting email spam from CarGurus, they need to be reported.

   App has many options but has many errors. The app seemed great and many cars listed. But then you try to select a zip code and the app closes. The force you to use location. Not going to be forced to show my location. Uninstalled.

   Your pre approved sort of lol. Well was pre approved and ever car I looked at I wasn’t offered terms for financing and every time I started the process online with the dealership and cg said to not fill out another application at the dealership guess what the dealership would say you got to fill out another application and the terms and everything would always change it’s a racket pre approval doesn’t mean anything it’s a joke

   Like everything AI has ruined this app. Unfortunately like everything AI has ruined this app you can’t even search by individual making model without directly typing it in and then when you type it in the AI in the app AutoCorrect to what it thinks you should do I’m guessing based off of whatever manufacturer paid them the most and I never get an accurate result will be deleted

    New update sucks. The new update makes it hard to browse models of cars that are not 2022 and below it forces you to browse 2025 models or 2026 overall new update sucks!!!

    Constantly signing out. The app constantly signs me out, then when I try to log back in, nothing happens when I click any of the sign in buttons. If I can manage to get any of them to work, it just says an error has occurred and doesn’t do anything. Pile of junk is what it is.

    Used to Be Great, Now Frustrating. I use this app multiple times a day just to browse and research cars since it’s a hobby of mine, and the recent update has made it a lot harder to use. 1. The old make and model list was way better. It was quick, clear, and let me find exactly what I wanted. The new search bar setup feels limited and less accurate. 2. Search results are inconsistent. For example, when I search for a Volvo EX30, it will sometimes show an XC40 instead, which makes it hard to trust what I’m seeing. 3. The app struggles with filters. When I set the search radius to nationwide, it often only shows nearby vehicles instead of results across the country. 4. Performance issues. The app gets bogged down and doesn’t always load results properly, especially when doing broader searches. Overall, I used to really enjoy this app, but right now it feels less reliable and harder to use than before. I hope the old functionality or something similar comes back.

    Update blues. The last “update” has made this app pretty miserable to use it will not remember me when open the app , will not let me login closed and reopened multiple times and re downloaded and updated again and still makes the whole experience very difficult to use

    Filters no longer work. After the most recent update, filters just remove themselves on their own. For example, I'll set a filter by a few years, start selecting certain trims for those years, and then the year filter will disappear then allowing trims outside of those years to be an option. It defeats the whole purpose of having filters. No waste your time with this app anymore.

    No Idea why they changed the layout. The previous version of this app was way better than the current one, now the way you search is all over the place makes it very inconvenient to look for specific trims and models now you gotta type in the make, model, and trim for it to show you the car you’re not even looking for it’s extremely frustrating get back to the drawing boards after dropping this one
