   Bug glitches. App used to work well. Now the camera is constantly glitching and can’t get an accurate reading of the skin. Errors pop up

    Might be good if it would work.. For some reason even though my face is in the oval and the lighting is good and my eyes are aligned it won’t take a picture. I’d forget this one.

    Inaccurate. It tells you to pick a Skin type but if you don’t know your skin type how can you pick one to begin?

    Refused to work. It says the quality of my camera will not support it...how does it know the quality of a photo is bad when it won’t even take the photo. My iPad is a current one too with a good camera. Extremely disappointed

    Doesn’t work. I’ve gotten my face lined up correctly and taken 20+ pictures, and it gives an error every time. I tried deleting and re-installing the app several times.

    Deleted this app. The app would not let me do anything without enabling push notifications. I refuse to use an app that won’t let me opt out of push notifications.

    Doesn’t work. This would be a great app if it worked on my phone. I have an almost brand new iPhone 11 Pro and it will not take my picture. Tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and it still does not work. Disappointed and frustrated.

    Version 1.4 and iPhone 6. Hi! I’ve downloaded this app for the first time. It just so happens the 1.4 version just came out 4 days ago. I have an iPhone 6 and IOS 12. This meets the specs for this app. I’m getting a message that the quality of my front facing camera isn’t adequate. Any help would be appreciated because I can’t even get a scan in natural daylight.

    Skin sight. Very sensitive to “proper lighting”. I was at a health fair and very excited to use this app. Unfortunately I was not able to get it to work properly. I was finally able to take the persons photo. Once with Wi-Fi turned on and twice without Wi-Fi. It took the photo all 3 times But then it kicked me out twice after the picture snapped and the 3rd time it said “Whoops something went wrong.... “. Any suggestions to improve this would be helpful.     Taking a photo. When u try to take your own photos u have todo into a mirror and impossible to see if u have your face and eye lined up. Not personally friend user for the individual.

    Needs a lot more work. Not being able to use the front camera is a huge downfall It listed the discontinued products for use as cleansing system. Why is the old botanical effects pictured?
