   Scammers. Worst app ever, it gave me a 3 day free trial and charged me 21.97$ for a cancelled subscription. Do not download this app. And there’s no customer service number anywhere for this app because they know they’ve been doing this to other people

   Scam. Accidentally purchased a membership I guess I didn’t read close enough but it was very misleading and I paid WAY TOO MUCH! The app is not worth any money in my opinion. Told me everything I already knew and just kept recommending products to me. I wanted it to see if my current products were good and it didn’t give a very detailed response. Overall doesn’t really do what you’d expect and will trap u!

   Don’t download. I accidentally purchased the subscription and it’s not even worth it. It doesn’t load correctly at all. It’s glitches completely. Doesn’t actually give u helpful information just sends into links of products u should by. U would be better off going to a licensed professional. This app doesn’t help and all the ppl on TikTok praising this app are lying to y’all’s face.

    NOT FREE NEED TO PAY. I saw this app on yt from another user saying that this app was the best, you can check if products are good for you or not, etc. I read the comments and people were hyping it up too saying that it was good and stuff. I didn’t read the reviews on the App Store but I wish I did. This app is not free and you need to subscribe to unlock EVERYTHING. You can’t really check which products are good for you or anything regarding your skin map without subscribing. Smh.

    Idk what happened. At first when I opened the app it asked to use my camera, then started having a black loading screen while my screen was frozen before this. my iPad is relatively new and this stuff doesn’t usually happen. I thought it was a virus and deleted the app

    🇨🇦 Not great :/. this app seemed promising after the little scan preview, and i ended up subscribing. was kinda disappointed in the premium version. it recommends a routine but then theres no mechanism of daily tracking, its more so like "heres a grocery list of what to buy." i dont think the recommendations are that good, for example it recommended me mineral sunscreens but i dont like white cast, and theres no way to customize preferences pertaining to each type of product, like gel vs oil cleanser. You cannot filter by ingredients. the ai advice is no different than what youd get with chatgpt (for free). although the camera analysis thing is cool, its not gonna be that thorough its just based off a photo at the end of the day and you cant even track progress over time i might as well just use chatgpt and then go shopping manually.

    Awful. I downloaded the app. It was so excited to see that it was free! But all you can do is scan your face every three days.. the only way to get help with what products to use, how to do your routine, etc.. You need to pay money. every video they’ve ever made and every advertisement has been talking about how is completely free but that’s just false advertising. Please start being considerate for people who can’t afford to pay. All I’m asking is maybe give them a routine or just advice anything just to help them a little bit instead of just you could take a photo every three days and tell AI how you’re doing.

    This is horrible and a scam. I’ve reached out to the company for a refund and still haven’t received one. Upon installing and filling out the usual information, I get hit with a payment fee to see results. Specifically, there was an offer for over 30 percent off with a payment fee of 3.99. I proceed to check out and then get charged 39.99. The app offers no whatsoever support and u have to reach out via google. This is horrible. Oh and the results and generic, common sense recommendations.

    Not worth paying for. Paid for a subscription because I heard great things about it. But it literally hardly does anything there’s like 2 functions and the products that it suggests I can’t actually get anyway. Not worth paying for. Just ask ChatGPT to look at your skin.
