   Hard to Cancel. I sent an email the day I signed up to cancel after free trial period…They still charged me!!! I just sent another email to their customer support asking for a refund…I hope they cancel, and refund me this time

   Predatory App. Need a subscription to do anything. You take a photo of something you’re concerned about, and they hide the results (wildly inaccurate) behind a paywall. But what can you just make out behind those blurred results? massive red lettering saying “high concern” regardless of photo to scare you into spending money. Do not waste your time. May the creator of this app rot

   Not accurate AT ALL. I was just diagnosed with skin cancer and still have a follow up to do a full body scan. I’ve been a bit anxious and thought this would help put my mind at ease a little… however, when I scanned my cancer spots it did not recognize it as cancer and instead said: “After examining your skin, I can confirm that you have Comedone closed. It's a common and non-dangerous condition. With the right treatment, you should see improvement within 1-2 weeks.” With that being said, this app is unreliable and dangerous. See a dermatologist in person. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP.

   Caution!. I caution anyone before they pay for and use this app. I used it to scan my child’s (12 yo) rash to determine if the rash was eczema or impetigo. I knew it was either or. Their “guidance” as the call it returned results saying there was a 92% chance my child’s rash was cancer. They didn’t suggest any rash, just cancer! Thankfully I did not panic because I knew for certain it was not cancer. Unfortunately some users would panic after receiving such “guidance.”

   Not accurate and Lazy design. This app is quite literally a Chat GPT API (an app using Chat GPT as a service). They did no custom model training in the AI to the point if I show the same image to the app, it shows a different result each time. Unreliable results and just tried to join the “AI Hype” and delivered unsatisfactory results. Anything this app shows should be taken with a grain of salt because odds are the results are not true.

   Beware, No Free Trial - Total Rip Off. It says try for free. I tried it and got conflicting results. I go to cancel and it says it will cancel in 2026. They got my money…don’t let them steal yours😠

   False results - don’t pay!!!. We scanned 2 ACTUAL diagnosed skin cancer moles. It said both were “harmless growth” and “healthy mole”.

    Used melanoma pic and said “harmless growth”. Thia app should be used with precaution. I decided to test the app by uploading a picture of a melanoma (found on the internet) and the app identified it as a “harmless growth”

    Scam. Don’t buy this. Inconsistent and contradictory scans, and they don’t honor their three day trial period. They’ll email you an excuse for charging your card, just like what was said in other reviews. Apple needs to shut this app down/remove it from the App Store.

    Does not analyze moles, simply stores pictures. Thought the app may be able to at least tell me if a mile is suspicious and should be checked out, which it leads you to believe it does, but it only stores pictures to track change.

    Same rash, 3 diagnoses.. I took a picture of a rash that showed up on three different areas of my body and got 3 different diagnoses. I decided to cancel my subscription immediately, but cannot find any place on the app to do so! 😬😬😬. I thought by law that any paid subscription had to have an easy way to cancel.

    Cannot cancel subscription. This app misdiagnosed me with an inaccurate skin condition, which ultimately landed me in the ER. Luckily, my doctor was able to treat it with an antibiotic, and I was able to recover. I can find no way to cancel this subscription - very disappointed!
