   Thief company. Eminem in one of his songs he was like I’m trying to figure out how to get back at society for hurting me. I feel the same way. I used Cash App for five years. They randomly stole $20 from me. I did a claim With my bank. The claim was approved, but then Cash App gave me a -$20 balance never used Cash App Again. So guess what I switched to Kraken use them for around a year all of a sudden $100 was stolen out of my bank account from them it literally said kraken took $100 out of my account without my authorization. I did a claim with my bank, which I’m currently waiting a few more days to see if the claim was approved. Society is hell I’ve been robbed by Cash App and Kraken. Good luck with this company guys. And I’m completely telling the truth. I got statements and documents with the claim departments with my bank. I can prove everything I have records I can still sue Cash App and kraken if I really want for the inconvenience.

   Scam. I have been trying to get my money back for my months. First they double charged my account. Would not correct. Had to go to bank to get one charge reversed. Then kracken cut me off. Would not allow me to get the rest of my money out. Still trying. Bank wants in my investigate for fraud. STAY AWAY

   Scam and Fraud. This company is a fraud and scam. They will allow you to put your money into their account but when you want to withdraw your USD funds they block you. I have tried multiple times to withdraw my funds and it rejected the Google 2FA authentication app so I went and downloaded a new 2FA authentication app and used the new one and it denied my withdrawal. You will never be able to talk to a real person for assistance and the AI support just put you in a circle rotation with no real assistance. Be aware once this company takes your money they will never release it. This is why I stopped investing with this company and only used reputable trading agencies like Fidelity and Schwab. Do not use Kraken.

   Won’t let me withdraw crypto. Kraken hasn’t allowed me to withdraw crypto from a portfolio with $10k worth of assets in it for a month or longer now, all because of a portfolio wide hold involving two deposit match rewards worth around $430, that it must have automatically enrolled me in, because I wasn’t even aware of the promotion in the first place.

   Ripping every penny they can from customers. Charges to withdraw your own money after they already made fees. Withdrawals should be instant and free. Crypto fees are too high already to trade what should be free.

    The restrict your account. I used my account in the middle of the night I had my vpn on I was just checking on my trade the restrictions wasn’t on so when I checked my account when I woke up the restrictions was on there than when you email them to telling them it was my account they send you a email on what to do and you do it the account is still restricted and than you email them again they don’t answer you so far my account been restricted for three days and no response from them so I guess you can’t check your account anytime without getting it restricted

I’ve used kraken pro for awhile now I’ve only invested about 5500 in the account but now they are saying there was a chargeback that my bank is saying they don’t see they have restricted my account from deposits and withdraws so now I’m sitting here stuck can’t get any help from their “assistant” I will get my money back and will be shutting my account down with them

    Stay away from. This exchange is the scammiest platform I’ve ever seen. Just compare the price on Kraken with the price shown on CoinMarketCap — the difference is unbelievable. How can the market drop hard on one major exchange while your platform shows something completely different? That kind of discrepancy is exactly how users get wrecked.

    Flagged account. Opened a kraken account because I wanted to be able to use leverage with a small amount of money, got denied. Ok that’s fine, transferred small amount of crypto to see how kraken operated. Noticed that they basically only let me trade spot with no leverage so I go to send crypto back to another wallet and now my crypto transfer was flagged?!? 10/10 would not recommend kraken as they have to much say so with your account and not enough customer support.

    Kraken lies. Kraken falsely claimed the crypto LINEA was “restricted in the United States” and wouldn’t let use trade it. Turns out they LIED to a lot of customers. Canceled my Kraken+ and have since moved ALL my assets to a cold wallet. No more Kraken for me and I urge others to not use this scam exchange

    You can’t put in a take profit and a stop loss order for a coin you own.. You have to cancel one sell orders before you put in another. And it took customer service way too long to admit what I wanted was impossible. The humans I talked to after chatting with the bot made me feel like they were AI because they said they reviewed a screen shot of the problem and then gave me solution criteria that was already met in the screenshot I sent! Wild stuff! I addressed that with them then they said the problem was likely that my stop loss was above the current market price (it was approximately 15% below in my screen shot) I told them to tell me what the problem definitely is or I will find a new exchange. I got in response I got “is there anything else we may assist with today” So “Eric” from kraken support is an AI right? If he isn’t he must at least be bound to some-kind of algorithm giving me answers like that

    Very poor app. I have been trying to get my money out and my funds are on hold. Missed a trade last week because my transfer was placed on a hold. Now I’m just trying to get my money transfer (wired) back to my bank account and it is also on hold. The chat the same reply comes from Kai who I assume is an Ai and it also doesn’t respond every time. When it does it tells me that it will be looked into by a specialist. Nothing so far. Stay away from this app.
