   BIG TIME SCAMMER. BEWARE. This company set an authenticator so that I cant do anything on my account. I only signed up. I never set my bank. I just want them to delete the account. Their "support" is asking for deeply personal information and vital documents they have no business requiring. BEWARE. Do not connect your bank account and do not download or do business with this "company." This company is in the data collection business their privacy is none of their concern. They're looking to sell your information to other parties that's why they lock accounts even for people who never Fully signed up. BEWARE!!!!

   SCAM. WARNING! ACHTUNG! PELIGRO! ¡危険!BEWARE! Run away! Crooked thieves! It will catch up to them eventually! Don’t fall for their fake replies and concern, it’s all part of their heist. This is likely a Ponzi scheme. They do this so it appears to Apple that they are being proactive to resolve issues, when the reality is they are just trying to keep from being removed from the App Store. If they have ripped you off, complain to Apple and file a complaint with the IRS, let the international revenue service know that because of their shady tactics they are loosing out on tax revenue! I think there are enough victims at this point to file a class action lawsuit. Read the reviews and make a wise decision before doing business with them. They keep trying to contact me, likely so I remove this review, but it’s not happening. They stole my funds, have stolen funds from others, and are not a trustworthy option for cryptocurrency trading. If you’ve been affected, I suggest contacting the Attorney General in your state and the US Attorney General as well, they need to be held accountable and prosecuted. They use AI to respond to reviews to top it off. Just an update, this company is still scamming and being shady. It won’t be long until the feds get them.

   Misleading Features. The screenshots and features that Anchor advertises in their App Store landing page are NOT REAL. There is a screenshot of a feature that shows you can make debit card deposits for instant funding, which is very convenient. After I signed up and gave them all my information, they said they do not have this feature. They’re using fake screenshots and false advertising to get you to sign up for their product. Scummy business practice.

   Do not use this app.. In my own personal experience they will not let you withdraw funds from your balance no matter what. My funds have been trapped on this app for years, the "support team" will do anything but help you. I do not trust this app or service whatsoever, they have lost my trust and as I refuse to use their service, they tell me it is the only way I will get my money back and that otherwise my money is trapped without any timeline or expectation it will be resolved.

   Poor service scam. Don’t buy off this app I’ve been out over 2k since 2021 when everything changed I’m still waiting for it to be “resolved” .. I’m trying to take whatever money I got left on the app out now and all of a sudden my account is being reviewed even after having the app since 2020

    Beware scams are everywhere. Without a doubt the worst one, the absolute least trusted wallet I’ve ever seen. Constant changing its KYC.     Scam Alert. I had made an order to buy bitcoin in 2021 and just the other day they are saying the deposit never went thru and now I owe them 12k. Also I can’t just deposit money using a bank account I have to transfer money thru my Coinbase wallet because the bank account deposit feature is disabled They don’t have the ability for me to send them money but yet threatening to send me to collections Come get some and I’m sure the department of financial services in ny will be curious about the business practices of this company

    Don’t even try it. This app is the WORST! First off, they started to give people interests back in 2021 and then removed it, but the main issue is the tax part. It’s extremely inaccurate. Their informal document doesn’t match with anything with the IRS or TurboTax so you have to manually look for transactions and cost base that you have to endless scroll to get it because their document doesn’t have it. Same issue you face when trying to export it on Coinledger, misssing information on when you acquired the coins and whatnot. Trust me, never ever try to download this app.

    Unable to access my money. I deposited money into my account a few years ago. I would like to withdraw the funds now. The app asks me to verify. I’ve submitted drivers license, taken selfies. Then I try to upload my insurance id card and the app times out every time putting me back to square one. How can I access my funds?

    Scam - locked out. Provided KYC multiple times after already being at top tier, was locked out of account and help desk stopped responding. Can’t access, trade, withdraw or even update my information. Update: responded per developer’s response. Account and assets still locked out. Still rate this service as a scam based on my experience.

    Stole my money. I literally use this app just to check my cryptocurrency. This company had no problem taking my money out of my bank account. I went to withdrawal my money and then they told me that I violated some kind of terms in possible to violate terms, but I only use this app to check on my cryptocurrency. I’ve never done anything else, but use it as a app to check my crypto Avoid this company they have over $6000 of my money and will not release it for no reason there was no terms violated. I can’t violate terms if I only used the app to view my crypto. Please stay away from this company. I am currently seeking legal action against them and trying to figure out how to still get my money. They are liars I have only used the app to watch my money never did anything else i there to cause any violations. They are stealing please do Not use this app. I signed up they took my out my bank account no issues so for the last few years i just been checking my investments. Finally went to withdraw and boom they blocked me. Pure thieves. I even upload my SSN and id to These people and they still here lying

    Scam. Comes to me 8 years later saying my $50 transaction didn’t go through back in 2016 and now they want $220 from me because of it… lol yea I don’t think so. Don’t waste your time here, there’s better more reputable crypto apps Edit: it was a $50 deposit. 1. You never notified me until 2 years later that it failed (if it even did) 2. You would be out the $50 deposit but then came to me saying I owe you the value of the cryptocurrency today. Your whole logic here is flawed and I’m not paying todays value for crypto I had 4 years ago because your end of the transaction messed up. Not having this conversation anymore. Let this be a warning to anyone else

    Scam, cannot withdraw funds. I have had this app since 2021 and made several deposits and purchased crypto on here over the course of time. It has said that I had a negative balance and has taken over $100 from me for fees. I still have all of my crypto locked up and it will not let me withdraw money to my bank account, but it will let me make deposits from the SAME bank account. Purely corrupt. do not download this app. Update: STILL A SCAM Will only let you deposit and now when I try to withdraw draw a new error that says “name mismatch” on bank account and record. But it lets you deposit. Zero customer support or contact.

    AVOID. I made the mistake of using anchorusd based on the recommendation of a friend. It takes weeks for transaction to complete, no exaggeration. I still haven’t received my payment from my first and only withdrawal on 2/1/21. I’m starting to think this app is a scam. Please avoid at all cost! Don’t be like me. Update: still haven’t been able withdraw or send money. Over 10k of money gone
